Great De Mello Palheta coffee, decent barista. Food is okay. It's not bad, but its also not perfect, there's a room for improvements. I'm afraid their choice of desserts isn't enticing enough, they have to work on presentation.

Service has really slipped. The girl at the cash gave our order to the wrong person and didn’t even apologize. No smile, no “thank you,” just attitude.
Before that, we stood there waiting while the guy at the counter played with someone’s dog and then walked off without saying a word. It wasn’t even busy. Disappointing...
