If you prefer healthy and delicious food this is the place! I had a goddess bowl and quinoa onion rings and they were fantastic! Definitely a come back!

Who would have thought that healthy can be so yummy too?! Love the food especially the squash tacos! My fave drink is the date almond shake.. They have promos for their shakes and certain meals from 3-5pm and 8pm til closing time at 9:30pm. But I would still pay full for my two faves!

Be careful with ordering from this Fresh location. Ordered a Kale Caesar Salad and Nachos to go. They were okay, the flavour was alright and I fortunately did notice they used ingredients that were fresh. However, an hour or so after eating my meal, I experienced horrible sickness and felt very nauseous! It has never happened to me before and I was very worried. It’s also important to note that I did not have anything else to eat before or after. Just the two dishes I had previously mentioned.For the sake of my health I will not be ordering anything from this place or other locations again.

Every time I order for takeout the mess something up. I just picked up a Beach Bowl that I ordered mainly for the avocado. On the website it shows a fair amount of avocado. For some reason my bowl had no avocado. A little broccoli which is not listed as an ingredient (luckily I’m not allergic) but no avocado and no mention of the fact that a key ingredient is just not there. Didn’t t know until I got home. This location is a constant disappointment

I've been going to Fresh since they opened and can honestly say the food has gone downhill. They've taken away so many good things off the menu and swapped it out with cheaper and not so tasty options. On top of this continously jacking the prices. They're skimpy on the portion sizes when it comes to proteins. The few good things left on the menu are the brunch items that they've revamped (again) and most of the deep-fried items. Getting a bowl with mostly noodles and two small pieces of tofu for over $20 is ridiculous. I will say the service and atmosphere are great. I guess that's what you're paying for.
