Fresh Kitchen + Juice Bar Crawford

Fresh is always excellent. Tonight it wasn't too busy in the restaurant so service was attentive. it was a BEAUTIFUL night so lots of people out and about and temperature on the patio was perfect.

Came for a couple salads and cocktails with a friend and we both loved everything we had. Service was also fantastic and the patio was perfect.

Always uses fresh ingredients and customer service is always hospitable and kind.

I visited Fresh restaurant today at around 2:35pm. I was looking forward to ordering a slice of the chocolate cake (to-go) which is my favourite in the city.

Upon entering the restaurant I saw two staff members chatting while placing things in the fridge. I waited about 2 or 3 minutes with no acknowledgement understanding they were busy. Once they completed the task (still chatting with each other) they headed my way and I smiled at them and in return I got a stare down from one member and the other just stared at me and walked off.

This behaviour is unacceptable. The least I could have gotten was a “hi we’ll be with you soon” but I was dismissed and ignored.

At a time of economic uncertainty where so many people are spending their money more intentionally, customer service NEEDS to adhere to even a basic level of care.

I hope you can look into this matter - I’ve previously had positive experiences at your restaurant.

I’ve consistently had a positive experience at Fresh! I’m always appreciative of places that have so many gluten-free options to choose from. Rachel was my server - she was lovely and super helpful!

They offer a great deal of heathy options to choose from. I go there often to pick up my favourite juice which is the Heartbeat- it’s a refreshing juice blend of apple, carrot, beetroot and lemon. What I love is that they offer a wide selection of snack options alongside juices/smoothies. It is very pocket friendly and guilt-free with options starting as low as $5 if you go during happy hours!

Amazing smoothies, healthy bites and the happy hour prices are just an extra bonus: nobody beats it in town! Yummy stuff, super fresh and the patio is super cute!
