We ordered the buy one get one bowl deal using the uber eats (during non rush hours). When the food arrived we opened the bag there was only one bowl instead of two!! We tried to call them several times throughout the day but nobody answered! The one bowl was also missing the dressing! This is honestly ridiculous! Never order from this location!

The worst Freshii franchise. Always closed early. Disinterested and unbelievably rude staff. Staff that don't know the menu or how to make the menu items properly. Should just close so we can get something better in that space. Avoid this place like what it is, the plague.

Regular customer here. The quality of the food depends on the person working behind the counter. The East Asian girl with light brown dyed hair who works Saturdays, always gives the WORST portions, ALWAYS FORGETS TOPPINGS I paid for, and assembles the topping and base completely WRONG.When I order the bowls, she fills the bowl wayyyy below the interior line of the bowl. The workers at different locations told me they have to fill up to the interior line.I pay extra for more variety of toppings but she doesn't put them on. She also reverses the base and toppings. She puts the toppings at the bottom and puts the base at the top.The other East Asian woman with black hair who works every Sunday also does the same.If you see any of these two working, pay attention to how they make your order.I told the Saturday woman to put more toppings in my bowl and she added VERY LITTLE. I felt like I was being fed as if I'm a small dog...

Ordered a Chipotle cheddar bowl, when at the park opened it up and the bowl was freezing cold, cheese not melted so was clearly not warmed up at all. Called up to ask how come it wasn't warmed up to be told 'what do you want me to do about it'. I regularly get freshii but will not use this location again. Bowl inedible cold and service awful.

I would have eaten there, bought a bottle of water in the mean time. There was a line up to use the two washrooms. A man in front of me asked to use the bathroom. The counter person said both bathrooms were locked. And there was a sign on only one of the bathrooms which said out of order. Is it not a requirement that every eating establishment must have an OPERATING BATHROOM for their customers? I will not return to this branch of Pizza Pizza!

I had ordered catering to be picked up for a company function. I used Freshii's online ordering form, and within a few hours Jin, the Store Manager got back to me.We then corresponded via email, he helped me with my order. The day of pick up it was raining heavily, so Jin offered to deliver our order to the office.Everyone enjoyed their food, and the customer service from beginning to end was exceptional.Thank you again, Jin for your great customer service! We will be ordering again for sure!

I have gone to this location once before and had a horrible experience. I ordered a wrap with tofu as my protein and instead I got a wrap filled with chicken. As someone who doesn't eat meat this was astounding they made such a mistake.Today I gave the location a second chance and ordered online. When I went to go pickup my soup I was told that they ran out and couldn't give me a refund. I am going to talk to the owner tomorrow. What a mess.

Came in for a quick lunch before a meeting in the area. Delightful, engaged service attendant. Ordered the Mediterranean bowl. The quality of preparation was perfect. Vegetables crisp and fresh. Quinoa was warm, light and fluffy. All in all a great experience!Bonus points for service! was nice to be welcomed by a happy smile!

Stale food, ordered a chipotle bowl, had to throw it after 1 bite. Bad quality plus they don’t allow even the customers who are paying for food to use washroom. Had glass sign of washroom out of service just because they don’t want to clean it. Not recommended

The individuals working the late shift need to brush up on customer service. We came in with 15 minutes to close, another individual was waiting on their order. Given how small the restaurant is we couldn't see the menu from where we were standing. When we got closer to read after, no joke, 30 seconds the individual working the cash said - we're closing soon what do you want? Like give me a break, and get your attitude in check, the order took 5 minutes to put together so we left a full 10 minutes before the posted closing time.I believe management needs to look at how they are training their staff - it will continue to drive away business. I won't return to this location, do better.
