I just ordered this from Uber eats. I ordered the kids power bowl. It came with no chicken, no sauce and no broccoli. I have ordered this many times before. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone named “von” and he said he forgot to put things on there. I had to instruct von to take my number down and tell the manager because there was none present. This was a total waste of $ and Uber eats fees. I would hope that the manager gets back to me.

Hi! I don’t normally leave reviews but everyone who knows me, knows I love freshy! ⭐️I just also needed to add, I believe his name is spelt Ishan?! Ishan, was patient with all of my questions. Was absolutely kind, considered and helpful with my allergies, and preferences! Because of this I’ve had one of my best experiences with freshy! I will be back! Thank you! ?? ?

3 stars instead of 1 star because they gave me a full refund a few days later and their manager was very helpful with resolving the matter.However, the quality of this location is really lacking. Had a wrap that was burnt (employee said because their grill is not working well) was missing a couple ingredients I paid for and the lettuce was bad. Unfortunate as other locations are significantly better.

hi i come and visit this place on 17 february at 8:00 pm and i order food and i pick my food also in my food there are 2 hairs and the food is so damaged when i reach my home the wrap is totally damaged there is 1 guy working that time and he was gery rude when i call him he even didn't say me sorry so i request the owner of this store to please review that employee who was working that day and he behaved very badly with me.
Ordered on Uber eats and they barely filled the bowl. It was cold. And just a sprinkle of my toppings. Biggest chince.
