You purchased at different location and counter people (SSPCanada ) sent you to bar to pay at cork and well . That’s disgusting and later they don’t provide the receipt.When I pointed out the error person called his manager and spoiled my 20 minutes sitting there . Time is important . Just a check and balance

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but after waiting for almost an hour, i received my order with a wrap but no chicken..Tried freshii first time and this was a complete disappointment..almost missed my flight cz of this.

February 15th. 430 pm. Restaurant tables were covered in garbage and a family was eating Wendy's take out at 2 of the tables. Floors were wet and dirty and one lone female employee. Ordered for 3 people... 4 wraps and 1 bowl. No other people before or after us in line. Employees had to keep looking behind her at the picture of the food posted to figure out what to put on it. She moved comically slow as I painstakingly watched her take 32 mins to make 5 items... 32 MINUTES!!!! Slowest service I have ever received. I could have sat a t a Restaurant, ordered, eaten and paid the bill by the time this lady made a few wraps. Will 100% never eat at a Freshii again

Poor vegetable quality. Got a COBB salad which has mushy tomatoes, under riped and blackened avocado (which was inedible) and a lot of the lettuce was also brown. Would not eat here again.

Buddha bowl was okay, didn't taste amazing nor horrible.
Mango smoothie tasted nothing like a mango smoothie, tasted like a milk banana smoothie.
Service was great besides the fact that no one was at the front for about 5 minutes of me arriving. The server who served me remade the smoothie in an attempt to make it taste more like a mango smoothie but unfortunately it didn't work, just looked more yellow.
Overall I would say avoid eating here and get food before arriving at the airport.
Ordered a Teriyaki Twist bowl today and the young female in training made it, then the older woman watching/training her said something to her. The girl then came to me and told me she put chipotle dressing and “is that ok?” Um, it’s called Teriyaki Twist for a reason. I did not order a Mexican bowl, so I told her I wanted what I ordered. She was not happy but made me a new bowl. After getting on my flight and starting to eat it, there was absolutely no dressing in my bowl. I don’t know if she did it on purpose or not but I DO know she is incompetent. Avoid this place.

Things that could be improved: - menu doesn't clearly distinguish between things that are bowls and things that are wraps - server didn't know what goes in the Cobb salad and had to very obviously keep looking at the menu when putting it together - the avocado in the Cobb salad wasn't chopped, just a big lump of half an avocado that was hard to eat

I was at The Cork & Well bar partnered with Freshii in Terminal 3 near Gate B17, the food was amazing but what stood out was the outstanding exceptional service from the barmaid Jessica who checked with each of her customers to find the up to date status of each flight, some were delayed, some like mine were changed to other Gates, Jessica was running off her feet but kept up with all the demands! I can't convey how impressed I was with the service!
