I ordered a pangoa bowl from this store, it was so good. Nice presentation, super friendly staffs. The restaurant is clean, neat and beautiful inside. Love this place!

Having an outsourced cashier who I speak to via zoom on a computer at the till... This company should be ashamed. Anything to squeeze a dollar out of their workers. Really creepy vibes in Freshii now (plus the food has gotten meager and less fresh over the past few years). I feel bad for the employees, not really treated as humans in here.

Never again! This is very shameful, I don’t know if because the change of ownership of the brand or what else, but now is unbelievable spending $50+ for two salads which are smaller portion then before. The bowl is visible smaller, but after eating the salad I can say definitely smaller portion at least 25%! Is this the new policy of the brand? I Repeat, may last time ordering form any freshi! NEVER AGAIN!

Awesome service, you now get to chat to someone remotely on Aug 7th 2022 at 7.08pm Omer from Lahore Pakistan served me remotely, Abu was in the shop, I bought a soup and a green juice, I really wanted to tip Omer, but the system only allows you to tip the person in the shop, I am wondering if Freshii can re look at this, as the tip Abu says is " for the team" the team in this case was Omer too, technically, he too should get a tip, the remote employees also need the money, hoping Freshii sees this comment - Awesome store, great service remote and in person

Clean establishment, fresh and crisp veggies and toppings. I love building my own buddah bowl, here. The Thai Lemongrass soup is incredible. Full of flavour and the perfect amount of tang, veggies and noodles. Affordable, clean and healthy food.

All Freshii locations are painfully slow ...I try to talk my kids out of ordering or going there due to the slowness of the Freshii experience.I could have ordered and finished eating elsewhere before I get my order at FreshiiayFreshii.

Came to Toronto for medical reasons and could not find a place to use a bathroom.. After 4 places, Freshii was the only place that was nice enough to let me use their facilities.. After traveling more than an hour it was greatly appreciated for their sympathy during this pandemic. Thank you guys!!
