I ordered a pangoa bowl from this store, it was so good. Nice presentation, super friendly staffs. The restaurant is clean, neat and beautiful inside. Love this place!

Having an outsourced cashier who I speak to via zoom on a computer at the till... This company should be ashamed. Anything to squeeze a dollar out of their workers. Really creepy vibes in Freshii now (plus the food has gotten meager and less fresh over the past few years). I feel bad for the employees, not really treated as humans in here.

Never again! This is very shameful, I don’t know if because the change of ownership of the brand or what else, but now is unbelievable spending $50+ for two salads which are smaller portion then before. The bowl is visible smaller, but after eating the salad I can say definitely smaller portion at least 25%! Is this the new policy of the brand? I Repeat, may last time ordering form any freshi! NEVER AGAIN!

I live nearby so I drop in here to get a salad occasionally. It's lost some of its appeal to me recently because portions are smaller than before, there's fewer healthy drink selection and the coffee shop is gone. Service is ok although now there is no counter staff, just an iPad type screen. I don't know where the person on the other end is located. After ordering and paying someone comes from the back and prepares the order. The food counter isn't attended unless there's an order being prepared. The seating area is clean and roomy but I notice it's never busy now. It's ok for a quick salad or bowl but not my first choice in the area.

Awesome service, you now get to chat to someone remotely on Aug 7th 2022 at 7.08pm Omer from Lahore Pakistan served me remotely, Abu was in the shop, I bought a soup and a green juice, I really wanted to tip Omer, but the system only allows you to tip the person in the shop, I am wondering if Freshii can re look at this, as the tip Abu says is " for the team" the team in this case was Omer too, technically, he too should get a tip, the remote employees also need the money, hoping Freshii sees this comment - Awesome store, great service remote and in person

Clean establishment, fresh and crisp veggies and toppings. I love building my own buddah bowl, here. The Thai Lemongrass soup is incredible. Full of flavour and the perfect amount of tang, veggies and noodles. Affordable, clean and healthy food.

All Freshii locations are painfully slow ...I try to talk my kids out of ordering or going there due to the slowness of the Freshii experience.I could have ordered and finished eating elsewhere before I get my order at FreshiiayFreshii.

Nothing fresh or tasty about this place. Had the tortilla soup; basically an tepid oil slick filled with oddities and the chicken pocket had cold cheese and was undercooked. The owners have clearly lost interest as the quality control is not there. Found it it interesting that their huge vanity location in Los Angeles closed down in less than a year as this does concept not work with poorly executed fast food
