I used to really like Freshii. I’ve gone to them in many locations but they are all becoming the same.
I got a satay bowl today. Almost no sauce at all. I get home and it’s just bland noodles with chicken.
I paid for double chicken. Looks like a single serving.
It’s become a cheap restaurant that is over priced.

This place was just okay. Compared to other salad bars, this one is very lackluster.

The most bland boring food I've ever had. Tastes like hospital food.

Ordered a MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE....I watched the worker make it (not blaming him in any way if this is the recipe)My small MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE had half a banana, oasis orange juice, 1 singular strawberry and some blueberry syrup that you can get at freshco. My mixed berry smoothie had 1 berry in it.

The two gentlemen who work here are incredibly kind and are the best part of Freshii, but the quality of Freshii overall is really bad compared to other establishments in the area. All salad toppings are frozen/canned level of freshness. This has been my experience at a variety of Freshii locations.

Great service. The manager and staff are quick to respond and fix issues. I ordered food for work for the team (6 orders). There were issues with one of them. I called and spoke to the manager who quickly resolved the issue. The food was made right and tasted well. I will definitely have lunch there again.
Dietary restrictions: Very well organized for dietary requirements

Went to try the burrito as chipotle was closed for Thanksgiving day. Burrito was not good small portions aswell and the fiery bbq sauce is not what vision it was. Sauce was too sweet like sweet and sour sauce. On Top of everything the burrito was small portions and no flavor in the rice.

Always good food. This location was rough though for a prime downtown location.

The service and food were good. I haven’t been here in a few years, but I swear they used to fill up the bowl more.

Ordered the Greek Salad and received mouldy stale Naan on the side. Suggest that this location is rebranded as 'Mouldii'.Absolutely disgusting.

The poke bowl is excellent and a good price too! Eat healthy! Very close to everything and better getting something here that’s healthy than spending a lot of money on an expensive restaurant.
I’ve been here a lot, the service is okay. Food is fine but overpriced. The proteins are very low quality… not happy to pay an extra $4 for regurgitated chicken
I was in Toronto covering TIFF as a member of the press and without much time to eat, I needed something quick that was hearty and healthy. I was happy to find a Freshii by my hotel. I had never heard of the chain before, and I found myself returning a few times during my stay downtown. The employees were SO friendly at this location! Eager to please and helpful, and they never lost their patience when I asked what was in each burrito. It sort of works like a Subway where you order and they'll happily customize your item. I stuck with the wraps and burritos because they are easily portable so I could grab one in the morning, throw it in my bag, and nibble on it between movie screenings while I was typing up a film review. I ate a total of 4 wraps from Freshii, and all of them were good. The ingredients were fresh with crispy lettuce and other produce, and very flavorful with interesting international spices and flavors. I thought the prices were fair considering the very large portion sizes. The employees know how to wrap the burritos tightly so there's no ingredient spillage! That's important when needed to eat on the go. This location is attached to an office building and opens at 11 am sharp. Go early to beat the working crowds.
