Good location and food but the hours are inconsistent and are not accurate to what is posted online and on the door. It seems to be one employee who always shuts down early. Today, we arrived at 7:20 (40 minutes before closing) and the door was locked but the employee was in the back.

I've been to this location many times to grab a ginger shot! However, I got a ginger shot yesterday and it was not cold at all. I ended up still drinking it as I didn't want to waste it. I drank it immediately as I left the store, it was room temperature. I think the fridge was down, the juice/drinks display fridge light was also not on. Maybe this could have been informed to customers?

Place is great food but they say they close at 8. That time is really 7 every time I go after 7 no hot food is available? Why don't you close earlier or make more hot food? Not wanting to make anything after 7:30 is okay but 7? Just close earlier if you don't have enough food every time

I swear freshii’s aim is to make people hate salads. I love salads and I’ve tried a bunch and they keep missing opportunities to add flavour to every option. The one star is for the lovely people working there. The food is edible, but sadly so unnecessarily bland.
I've eaten a thousand lunches at this Freshii and it's great every time. The kindest and most professional staff making the best salads and wraps. What else could you ask for?!

I ordered a few meals for our company meeting and the food didn’t disappoint! Everyone loved their orders especially the Chipotle Cheddar Bowl and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. The order was even delivered on time. Jeff is the best! Will definitely come back.
