Anu is incredible and truly deserves a raise. She was working alone during the busy lunch rush, calmly juggling non-stop online orders and a lineup out the door. She stayed professional and composed in a really difficult situation.
That said, to whoever manages this location: please do better for your staff and customers. Waiting 25 minutes for a wrap and smoothie at lunch is not acceptable (and absolutely not Anu’s fault). I also watched customers leave after saying this wasn’t the first time, which means you’re losing business too.
Please consider scheduling a second employee during busy hours—it’s unfair to expect one person to handle it all.

Overall they have good chicken and healthy bowls. However I must point out their rice noodles are worse than horrendous, it was almost uncooked, hard and unable to be eaten. I’ve ordered their soup twice and a bowl once with noodles in it, and they were “coincidentally” uncooked (not undercooked, literally uncooked/raw) throughout three different orders.

Just ordered for dinner tonight through Uber Eats. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a Cobb salad and a Cobb wrap. Both had barely a handful of lettuce which is really the bulk of both items. The topping were minimal at best. I remember ordering these a few years ago and they were delicious and filling. Now, at $15 (!!!!) EACH ITEM for a cup of lettuce and a boiled egg, the lack of value is infuriating. I will absolutely NOT be ordering or visiting Freshii again.
