The working conditions here are not okay. The gentleman working has been working in extreme heat for about a month. Locals from the area were expressing that they’ve seen this location without proper ventilation and AC. Just walking into this place on a hot day is unbearable.
Owner needs to get the AC unit repairs ASAP. It’s not okay to be working in these conditions under these extreme heat.
Despite this, the gentleman working at the counter was so helpful and kept a positive attitude about it.

It is the best freshii i have visited in the downtown area. Would look forward to visiting the same location compared to close by locations.
This happened a couple weeks ago but I had a long day of work (13hrs) and hadn't eaten or drank anything the whole time. Honestly was looking for something refreshing and quick because I was still on the job but there weren't many options available. I saw this freshii and decided to order a smoothie, not realizing they were already half an hour past closing. The guy working there was super chill and still offered to make a smoothie for me, even added a little bit extra. Super grateful and the smoothie was delicious, I wish I tipped him more.

The wraps and bowls are OK- I've had issues at this location due to forgetting to include add-on ingredients like avocado. I've also had times where there was either not enough sauce or the food was absolutely swimming in way too much sauce. The biggest issue is that when I wanted to recycle my lid, there was "no separate recycling" available... it is 2024 and every place serving plastic should be making at least a minor effort to provide a bin for recycling. It's so easy to do. The staff didn't seem to care at all about this. When I went outside, only then did I see that there was recycling on the patio, which they didn't mention when I specifically asked about where I could recycle my container lid... it was just ridiculous. They could have told me there was an option to recycle outside, but apparently they just couldn't be bothered to.

Awful food. Salads were extremely dry, and when you called the store to complain the manager said that his staff did a great job and there was NOTHING they could do for us!!! Nice!!!! Horrible customer service. Save yourself the money and the aggrevation.

Twice now I’ve ordered the Teriyaki bowl from this location. First time there was barely anything in it. This time the rice was undercooked. I see others have said the same thing. Get somebody who knows how to prepare food properly.
