Made an order through the app. After going to the restaurant, it was closed. I even checked to see if the store was open and google said it was.
The app said the order was completed so I am now out a meal and the money I paid for it.
Terrible experience.

Great service!!!
I was worried when I saw the long lineup during the lunch rush hour, but the highly efficient crew were running the place like a well-oiled machine--except without the oil, per the restaurant's manifesto. And indeed, before I knew it, I was at the front of the line, where a friendly and responsive staff member took my order.I went for the Tex-Mex burrito, with a beef "protein boost", which apparently is one of the staples of the place. The order was ready in record time. The meat was top grade and juicy. All the other ingredients were also of the highest quality. Alas, the entire ensemble simply didn't work for me. Diced beef, mixed with cooked brown rice, wrapped in a tortilla - the combination was bland, inconsistent, and disappointing.Perhaps it's not fair to punish Freshii for my own taste preferences, seeing as they served exactly what the menu said. Still, calling it "Tex Mex" is at least somewhat misleading, especially since, by default, they serve it without meat. I'd call it "Cali-thali" - a health-nut's faded facsimile of a hearty Southern favourite.Price is well above median, although likely in line with other "health conscious" chains. The ounce or so of meat added $4 to an already pricey burrito. Across the street, you can sit down for a decent, leisurely lunch, main and side dish, for about the same price, albeit without the pleasure of lining up with backpack-toting fashion students.

Ordered a rice bowl on ritual and when I got there, they told me they ran out of rice but they could refund me the next day on their end. I thought this was sketchy at first but the employee convinced me that they would definitely refund me the next day. They never refunded me so I had to contact ritual myself a few days after. Extremely uncaring service. There are many freshiis in Toronto, do not go to this one.
I went there today around 5pm. The Asian girl who is working there, she sneezing and sneezing then smiling, I hope she ıs not doing that thing into meals ! ! ! ! ! Annoyiing!

When they toss the salad in the bag, a good portion of it stayed in the bag which they threw out. When they were prepping it, I saw them put avocado in but none ended up in my bowl. Not to mention how pricey it is for a salad.
$17 custom burrito ... meat and toppings consisted of 1% and the rest was 99% brown rice. Don't waste your money here. The other $16 burrito didn't even have the chicken we ordered!
