As a fellow customer at this Freshii, a woman who previously wrote a review is false. The woman she was referencing was indeed pregnant. However the man working at the store, calmly explained that she would have to pay for the protein as they don't have the authority to return the full money. Hence, they suggested for the woman to get a refund and pay for a new one. Which in my opinion is fair. However, she made a fuss about it. She demanded for a full refund and not paying for the other bowl, espically when the woman heard the employee says it is raw in the first place when ordering. Yet, she got angry and yelled racial slurs at the employee and called him names that are not appropriate to write on this review. The employee kindly refused service as it their right after GIVING A REFUND! That is what is meant to be done. I saw the woman later call her boyfriend who later slapped the employee before leaving. The employees called the police as they should! I am a regular at this freshii and have had a pleasant experience everytime. For people that left reviews when not knowing the full story, while I was here the full time - must not do things that harms ones business. Especially, when it is not the store fault and knowing the full story. I hope the store was able to sort this matter the police and everyone is safe.

I was patient waiting for my food to be ready and the lady who ordered prior to me came back in as she was unaware that her food contained raw meat. She cannot eat raw fish as she is pregnant.
She politely asked if she could have it remade without the protein & have an egg substitution since she already paid for the protein.
NOW the right way to handle this would to have it remade and the lovely pregnant lady be on with her day. BUT NO the worker was yelling at her saying she should’ve known it was raw, and he needs to charge her for the egg. She didn’t want to pay for the egg since she already paid for the added protein originally but the man proceeded to yell at her. she asked for a refund and he continues to yell at the pregnant lady and tells her he won’t be providing her with a refund.
I felt so bad for her, she’s hungry, pregnant and went back into the store calmly just asking for the bowl to be remade without the raw meat. But for him it seemed like the biggest deal.
The women left with no food and no refund. Horrible experience. This is not how you handle customers. Absolutely no empathy, no respect to the pregnant women.
Very disappointed and will not be supporting anymore.

This Freshii in particular is a great spot for healthy, fresh meals. The menu includes tasty salads, bowls, and wraps. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and modern. Ideal for a quick bite on the go.

Extremely small portion compared to all other freshii locations. I was incredibly surprised by the very scarse amount of vegetables. The bowl was half full, where as all other locations, the bowl was packed to the lid. I'm super disappointed with this location. Also, the rice and quinoa were apparently "cold" and unavailable during 1:30pm lunch time??? This location appears to be rationing their portions.
