The place is seriously understaffed. They usually have two people covering both Fresii and Palong tea. During lunch time it gets really busy. Nothing on the employees but the owner should think about hiring more people

The customer service is really good. I interacted with one of the employees there who made my salad, it was a Saturday. I was grabbing food on the way and when ordered, the lady took my order politely and she was a very nice person. I am very specific about my salads due to my diet so I asked her if I could get extra protein in it. She made my day by giving it to me. Thanks again!

The food was terrible dry, stale, and clearly not fresh. Even the beets were shriveled and tasteless. I only had two bites and ended up with stomach pain. This place has really gone downhill since it was bought by Indian owners. The quality, freshness, and overall experience just aren’t what they used to be. Definitely not coming back.

ordered through uber 20 mins ago expecting them to get ready my order. but she started to make one when i got the place and mind you it wasn’t even busy at all i was the only customer. and whoever works saturday evening, she doesn’t know how to wrap. all of veggies and meats from my wrap fell apart when i ripped off the paper. also, she forget to give me the dressing which I added twice. seriously do better
I grab smoothies from Freshii pretty much every day, and they never disappoint. The staff are always super friendly and remember my order, which is such a nice touch. Everything’s fresh and tastes great—smoothies are always spot on. Just really solid service and good vibes every time I go in. One of my go-to spots for sure!

I have visited this place a couple of times now and should say that their cauliflower soup, fiesta salad and peanut energy bites is one of the best. The service is quick and there are no long waiting times. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Freshii

I love going to Freshii on my Lunch. I can always guarantee a quick and healthy meal, and I don't need to wait too long. I love the Cobb salad and the Berri Crunchi Salad. I also tried the Spicy Lemongrass soup which was BOMB - and definitely helped me when I had a cold. Highly recommend Freshii especially for their gluten free menu items as a Celiac and eating out!

Whoever worked today was really not paying attention. The sign said closed, I placed my order 30 mins earlier and had to let myself in as nobody was in the front. I finally see a girl and I am YELLING for her to eve be able to hear me because she is talking on the phone?? She didn't notice the order at all and had to prep it when I got there which took up the rest of my break. You guys really need to at least do the bare minimum for your customers...this was soo disappointing

Location is prime on Bloor. Ordered a salad and a smoothie bowl. The smoothie bowl was off-putting. It’s like literal soup - the consistency was not good. Do not recommend it, and the salad I received was overdressed. Listen, you can’t go wrong with the wraps at Freshii though.
The bathroom needs regular cleaning as it’s in terrible shape.

If you're looking for a place where the server doesn't speaks English chrges a dollar for putting the dressing on the side, insists that Salsa is NOT included in the Fiesta salad despite it being listed above the cash register and written on the ingredients in front of her, this is the place to go. Then again, she does speak with an Indian dialect.
