Protein is not included in the price, and they added just two little pieces of chicken. It was almost all rice with a punch of beans, with no taste because it has no yogurt sauce, no cheese and a piece of hard avocado. It was cold. I would not mind the pay (17 cad), but it mas too much for this quality.

This Freshii is a lifesaver—often the only place open late on the waterfront outside peak summer season. I came by to use a gift card, but the machine was down. To my surprise, the owner comped my meal without hesitation. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, no matter the hour and the place is spotless.

Freshii is my go to spot when i want something fast,healthy, and delicious. The ingredients are always fresh and i love how customizable the bowls and wraps are. Whether i am grabbing a smoothie, burrito bowwl or soup, everything feels light yet satisfying. The staff is friendly. Ritika is an absolute a good and welcoming personality. She’s not only professional and detail oriented but also brings warmth and positivity to everything she does. I highly recommend her. She suggested me pangoa bowl today which is now my favourite. I am a regular customer of Freshii at Richmond Hill & Vaughan but experience at this branch today was nothing short of ordinary.
The bowl was half of usual and when I asked, I was told the Freshii has reduced portion size of rice noodles, which clearly I didn’t observe in other branches. I bought 2 bowls and both had scarce quantity of noodles, avocado and wantons. To add salt, the rice noodles added were undercooked & cold.
