Rude staff. Refused to let me redeem a birthday bowl even though I showed app and proof. Told me to order online , which didnt work due to an app issue. They then told me to call customer service but weren't even able to find the number for me. And I cant find it, so I had to email. Needless to say, I didnt get any bowl or help here this visit (I ate here other times)

Its the first time that i come to this restaurant and i wanted to try the oaxaca bowl and its on special now too so i thought to myself “oh lucky me!”…Until i start to eat…I dont even know how can i explain to you guys this is the worst food i ever ate in my entire life. This has NO flavors it taste like water and im really curiouse to know where are they getting their salad from because it was hard like caoutchouc! The rice was left over from 5days they just put a beautiful sauce on top of everything to make it look nice i feel like they gave me the prop meals they use for their commercial. And the meat… why the hell on hearth are they boiling their steak???!!!!!Never again.

They really make healthy food that is very filling and not taste like a cold, barely unfreezed salad. But the complaint of other comments about the lack of protein mix is legit. Not only the protein part is lacking in portion but a "pokii" bowl without fish just feel wrong.
