I went to the Freshii location on 23 College St. today at 1:28pm . I order a blow of food, but however, I didn’t like the food. I told the manager Jason that I don’t like the food and I would like to order something else I already paid When he told me that’s how oh he’s not gonna give back my money I told him, excuse me I’m a customer and I’m telling you i already paid for my food so I expect to get a different food. He was arguing back-and-forth with me, then I got my food and then he’s still arguing with me so told him I’m not gonna argue with you like the customer always right if you don’t like something and I pay for it, I don’t expect you to argue with me just give me what I want Then he called me an ass and tell me do not come back here again. I told him I want my change so since you didn’t wanna give up my change, I end up going in and get a snack in the fridge those little healthy snack. I got it in the fridge. I’m like no I’m sorry this is my change. I’m not keeping my change here. This is my change and he was very nasty. At one point he hand his hand on the counter. I asked him why are you hitting your hand on the counter in an aggressive way. He stated no he is not. He was not very nice to me and I didn’t appreciate it. There was a customer there also and there was another worker there older woman. This is my second time since I ever writing about someone. I been in this country 23y and I have never done this.
