It was my second time I ordered juice from this place and both times it’s too bad. They don’t squeeze freshly at all. Taste was too bad and a lot of sugar ( although I asked for no added sugar).

Had a question, was given manger’s number clearly it was the owner and he hung up. Once I said customer of a franchise, not even to call to complain just ask about a promo which was buy 5 get one free. I have a receipt and staff tried to charge me for 6 so I wanted to know about the promo. Disappointed by ownership. Like no promo don’t return next week not an issue but to just hang up the phone.

Worst Bubble tea we tried while visiting Canada. We had Bubble tea almost every day while visiting as our kids love it - but we were bound to try a bad one and this was it. Out of the 4 we had all had to be returned, too sweet and not enough tapioca. Just to get no some watered down teas. I’ll stay away from this chain. Better qualities in many other places

I got my sugar cane before going on the subway.
And I found a piece of the cane with a sticker on it in my cup after I finish drinking it all.

Tried to use an SPC card here which applies to all franchises of Freshly Squeezed, they tried to tell me that it only applies in Niagara Falls?? I guess Union Station is now Niagara Falls, lol. Used to get a smoothie 5x a week here but don't like practices that gaslight customers or try to scam, so will go elsewhere. Plenty of options just feet away that I'm happy to give my money to instead.
