Very disappointed with my experience here had problems using my Sherway gift card at this location. I was told that I couldn’t use my card, which is false because I have been at this location before and used it at this location. I also have presotea app and I wanted to collect points, the server told me that you guys do not collect points which is also false. Also you guys need to train your workers on how to accept gift cards as well as to be on the phone (using air buds) talking to other person on the line about what had occurred. That is very unprofessional

Terrible. Their sign misrepresented the product and they told me they were aware but we're keeping the sign because of marketing. Insane, and a blight on an otherwise great brand.
(Mango slush contains chunks of mango, signage claims this as a specific feature. After being given the slush I was told they don't do that at this location. Ever.)

Be aware. They show they’re open on Food delivery apps (Uber, Skip) 24/7 but they’re not. If you place an order it gets rejected after waiting for 30mins and it takes 3-5 days to get a refund.
Do better and start turning off your delivery iPads when u close the store. That’s the basic procedure of a restaurant if you don’t know how to run one.

Stay away from this location. Ordered a mango smoothie. They put in little mango and its blended with all ice and water then they add more water. End result looks like a mango smoothie but taste like water.

We took 3 large bubble tea's and we are with kids and wanted to share ( to taste each flavor among ourselves) and took extra straw(instead of 3 we took 6 straws) and the lady was very arrogant like " don't take too much straws" .

First time visiting Presotea' new location in St. Catharines. staff were incredible friendly, massive selection to pick from, spotless.
We will be back again for sure. Recommend 100%
