Pre-ordered a week ahead several XL pizzas for a lunch party. I dealt with Kriti and she was very friendly and helpful. A few days later, I needed to the adjust the order and she was equally helpful - did not react with annoyance or frustration. On pick up day, a Filipino gentleman helped me and he was equally friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my experience with this Freshslice location. Kudos to the staff!

They show exceptional customer service on all fronts: They have no problems owning up to (and fixing) mistakes ✅ They give clear and calm direction for navigating the multiple order platforms available🙏 I also like the flexibility in placing an order. I get the Uber Eats Buy-1-Get-1 and customize the order to my liking and it always comes out mint 👌🏽
Not the most spacious inside (seats about 5 people) but great spot for picking up, or for a late night fix. Very glad to have found this spot 💯

And staff is super amazing and helpful.
