I have tried almost all menu items and I would give this location a 3.5/5.
The chicken is my go to pick, as they flame grill thighs and they maintain the char that adds some flavour. The shrimp is good too, although the pieces are too small to feel like a substantial meal. The steak however is the only meat I have had an issue with, as I would find it too chewy on multiple occasions. Double meat is $3 and well worth it if you’re like me and are looking for high protein options in your meals. The toppings look fresh, although i have also encountered dry rice several times that can be common with old rice.
Servers are nice and fast in a typically crowded food court. Overall, I am a repeat customer.

I have love Mexican food, but this tops the list of my WORST Mexican food place. The taste of the food is awful. Those sauces have absolutely no flavor.

Came in with 2 vouchers from the ‘$5 off Fridays’ or whatever promotion and wanted to use both together to get $10 off. (It doesn’t say anywhere on the vouchers that I CAN’T use them together so that’s why I did). Upon getting to cash, I get a snarky response from the cashier saying that I can’t use it and that she’s “telling me now”. Great customer service, not admitting to a mistake. Not coming here again. Go to Chipotle and get your moneys worth, far better.

The boxes have perfume on them, how come!... The one time, it was so pungent that my food tasted just like the perfume on them.

The staff is very friendly, but they screw up my order constantly. Almost every time.The food sucks ass too, but there's not much else in the area.
They make an alright burrito, but you need to be very specific as to what you want in it
I order from here with the ritual app. Not cheap but solid chicken burrito.
