I made an order with Friends Catering for 40 of my staff earlier this month. We ordered breakfast, lunch, dessert and coffee/ tea for throughout the day. The food was neatly packed and delivered on time. We had several compliments from the staff on the taste of the food. We had an awful experience with this company. They arrived 1h20 minutes late, after the event had already started. They did not answer their phone when we reached out, nor did they contact us. They refused to offer a partial rebate afterwards and were very rude. I do not recommend at all. We normally try to support social enterprises, but this company needs to significantly work on their communication and customer service. We will not work with them again.
