The gelato was too sweet and service was so bad….. The male staff had very limited communication skills and I had to repeat myself every time…. very unpleasant experience and the ice cream was so overpriced. The cone and scoop size was so small compared to other ice cream places that are less expensive… Would not go again….

Wonderful gelato shop with various flavor choices in the food court. Two different staff on the other side of L-shaped shop are nice and proactive in servicing, when they spot me checking out the ice cream case and price screen. Offered me more napkins. Their pistachio flavor doesn’t come in weird green color but a pale yellowish green hue.There’s a choice on cup in different sizes, regular cone, or waffle cone.Will return for more.

Flavor is not good, probably like 2 star, but the worst is the attitude of the people there. One senior woman is refusing to give me sample twice, out of the two times I asked for 3 people. First time she was saying every one can only have 1 try. I was with my son and daughter and I want to make sure they get the flavor they like. So I told her one for my son and one for my daughter. Then I want to try the flavor my daughter picked as well, she said I already gave you. I said I want to try it too to see if that’s something she will like as she’s too young. She showed a very bad face. I bought two ice cream at the end, and when I was paying, she grabbed the machine as soon as she hear the sound and I wasn’t even sure the transaction went thought. This was the worst experience I had buying gelato☹️

Highly unprofessional, impolite and impatient staff at this outlet. We were 4 people and wanted to try gelato flavor first before buying but as per the lady there, tries are limited to 2 only, so only 2 people tried and bought it. The lady had very limited communication skills. The 2 people who got 2 different flavours were served with a torn-out portion of gelato from its bin rather than a scoop, basis of which prices are set, which are anyway over-the-top. I won't ever go there again and advice my friends to follow suit. I have always refrained from writing a negative review as there could be several issues an outlet may be facing and one may get an isolated bad experience but I am sure this isn't the case here. One of the worst experience, I would humbly request the franchisee owner to train the staff in some soft skills as I anyway see lot of similar experiences.

It looks good but it's bad. I ordered an ice cream that tasted like an expired stale cookie. Totally tasteless. I love ice cream and for me to think it's bad, it has to be really bad. I asked for a change and the other flavor was pretty bland but at least it didn't taste like stale ice cream. I took less than half of it and threw it away... Not to mention that the girl who stays there is very unfriendly. In the end, I don't recommend it.
Honestly the most rude service I’ve ever encountered they wouldn’t let us taste an unusual ice cream flavour and told us to hurry up despite us buying 10 ice creams for our large family. If I could give a -1 I would. Very disappointing experience of our first holiday to Toronto and especially disgusted because we were with our 4 children when the lady serving us was being just down right nasty.
