I really like this place!
The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. I have been here 5 times and have enjoyed it every time.
They have a nice outdoor area in back that is lovely to sit in.

As a Japanese person who absolutely loves sushi, I honestly didn’t expect to find such high-quality sushi in Toronto — but this place completely blew me away.

Tucked away in Midtown, it truly feels like a hidden gem. Every detail is carefully considered — not just the fish, but also the rice, the seasoning, even the soy sauce — everything comes together in perfect harmony.

The Bluefin Toro Set is exceptional and an incredible value...

The quality of the fish is outstanding, from the regular rolls to the sushi platters. The service is great as well. Definitely would order lunch regularly if I lived close by.
I'm interested in reserving omakaze ahead of time in the future to explore more fish types in addition to the chef's skills.
