I bought a pistachio cake here, but I almost swallow two pieces of plastic that came from this cake.
Me: Excuse me, I bought this cake ten minutes ago here, but I found these two plastic pieces in it(showing her those plastics) Could I refund it?

Me: "No it's plastic, I couldn't chew them."
Staff: "Let me see(Tried to break them but failed)Ok I'd refund it. But next time you gotta bring before you finish whole cake"
Hahahahaha cake with plastic pieces with no apology and annoyed staff... Does she think I'd buy something Next Time? I wish I could give 0star.
Even pistachio cake was not that nice also.

Please do not get anything from here. Last time we visited, we got a selection of breads and desserts and not one of them tasted good. We were so taken aback but we thought we should give them another chance. So yesterday (8th October) when my friend and I visited, we got a portion of chicken empanadas and spinach cheese crepe.
One bite into the empanada and my friend bit into something hard and black. On inspecting, we figured it was pieces of plastic. We took the pieces and the items to the lady who served us, she took it to her manager and they threw it! She came back saying it was just some burnt pieces of food and we shouldn’t worry about it. Are you serious? She didn’t even let us take pictures of it and very casually said they trashed it then very rudely went on to ask what we wanted - a replacement or a refund.
At this point, they just seemed to not care so we asked for a refund instead of arguing further. Initially she wasn’t even willing to give the refund cause she said we ate the food so she can’t help us - but when we showed her that we haven’t, she took all of our food away and gave us a refund only for the empanada.
Very unprofessional and the food isn’t even good. So pls skip!

you know what. my contrarian take is that this place genuinely has some of the best baklava textures ive had (i am a baklava connoisseur - check the reviews)
so unexpectedly good? i was lamenting to friends prior to this about how i wish baklava was lighter. baklava is my favorite dessert but it’s so dense. future bakery’s baklava is the exception. it is the first baklava I’ve had that was genuinely just light? but still had the essence of a baklava. thx for doing this one thing really great

The beef Burak I had was dry, zero flavour and the pastry used was flaky. It tasted old and dry like it’s been there for a week or so. Skip this spot especially for this item.

I had a good experience here! I tried the tres leches and the chocolate swirl cake—though I’m not completely sure if that’s the exact name. Both were absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and moisture. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, and it was quite a wait to place an order. It was also a little hard to see the display because of the crowd. But hey, being busy isn’t really their fault, just something to keep in mind!
