Overall Future Bistro is a great spot if you’re looking to get some work done, read, or just relax with a couple of friends.
The vibe is spot on, light background music, a comfortable atmosphere, and usually enough people around to enjoy some casual people-watching without it feeling crowded.

The food is solid for the price, which typically sits around $15–$20. Portions are generous, and after eating here 3–4 times, I’ve never had any complaints.

Hit the all you can eat perogies with my friends on a Wednesday night in December. They went so hard after a long day of studying. Future had many characters too — four guys loudly discussing Marxism over notes, an old man in a cap reading Anna Karenina, a couple who couldn’t stop laughing so hard they snorted their water, a performative male who knocked on the window and mimed eating up. Beautiful.
Forget about all the negative comments-- this is the place to be! And you either get it or you don't. It doesn't pretend to be anything but what it actually is. It's the type of space that rarely exist anymore due to extreme commercialization of restaurants, diners and coffee shops. It's a place where you could sit for hours, and stare out the window, and contemplate life. Maybe read a couple poems or two, or read a few chapters of a novel. And sometimes you...
