This place surprised me with how good it was!

I ordered the veggie burger and it was quite delicious. House made patty with beans and corn, served with a yummy garlic mayo. The fries are house made too and super delicious.

The service was very friendly and the table by the window was really nice because the weather was good and the window was fully open to the outdoors

I also really enjoyed the house lager.

Will come back for sure!

A great little spot for a pint and snack. We stopped in for a pitcher and had some nachos too. Our food was great and our server was really nice and friendly. We were also very happy it was dog friendly!

Great place for after work/school refreshment and wings (go on Tuesdays/Thursdays for the special).

In the warm weather, the patio is open, too.

Beyond amazing service and food, hence why I always go back!
The moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by ALL staff, and even regulars. (It’s a talent to curate such an environment).
I honestly wish I could give the staff ten stars, (as someone that is an operating partner of a five star restaurant on Open Table, tied for best in Toronto). They could teach my own staff a thing or two! There’s not a person there that would not give the shirt off of their back to you, and it’s a real gem in Old Town. Highly recommend !

They beg for tips when specially on bar I think owner himself do that too cause he was the one who tried to say out loud oooh you don’t Tip it’s almost they don’t know how it works and there bar only runs on tips too bad experience. Not even one star but didn’t got option.

They have 3 picnic tables outside on the road. There is a wooden barrier between the tables and the road, so it feels much more separate than many such setups. We didn't go inside, but you can also eat there.

The service was quick, friendly, and all around efficient.

I ate the Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing. It was a pretty good salad. I'd have preferred actual blue cheese. There was also no avocado, as per the menu, but they used cucumber, which was nice. it was a decent meal, but nothing extraordinary.
