If you want spicy food come here!!! Otherwise, get as far away as you can! We asked for the chicken without sauces or spices and they gave it to me with “mild” sauce… it left my entire mouth burning because of how spicy it was. Awful. I do not recommend it.

Poor customer service, bad food, gave me diarrhea, did not send what i ordered, stole my money, my time and food. Did not correct the issue and simply ignored their fault. Disgusting restaurant. Never going back again. Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Poor management and rotten food. In person ordering felt disgusting af and Ordered multiple items for delivery, they sent the complete wrong stuff and everything was rotten and moldy
Stole my food, my money And left me hungry and they closed the restaurant. I ordered 2 half chickens one Peri rice, one liver and Two roast potatoes On Uber eats. Instead I received two rice, no liver, an empty burger bun, which was not in the advertised photo and 1 half Chicken. I tried complaining to Uber, but Uber wouldn't do anything, this restaurant stole my food. I thought I was going to try out Gallitos for the first time and give them a chance but they decided to steal my food and money. Worst order experience I have ever had in my life we will never ever ever order from this restaurant. Worst restaurant in all of GTA, worst customer service in all of GTA, thieves. Never ordering from here ever again
Better than Nandos and I absolutely love their hot sauce. If I had of left a review twomonth ago it would have been 5 stars. But tried to order this evening on Uber eats and they are now only allowing a large side order to a single dinner at an added cost of 3.00. So I saw they also use skip the dishes. So I downloaded the app and saw that finally I could order bottles of their hot sauce, this is not available for purchase on Uber Eats. Was super excited because the hot sauce is the reason I order from here. Order arrives and I have no hot sauce! Was completely disappointed. Get your ordering systems in check and double check out going deliveries for accuracy.
We decided to go here on a whim, to avoid going the usual fast food route. The food was only a bit more than McDonald’s or whatever and it was way better in all respects, quality, quantity, taste and service. The staff were super caring. My son found the peri fries quite spicy so when he went to ask for water, they took the initiative to make an addition plain fries for him. That level of care goes above and beyond expectations. We’ll be back whenever we’re in the neighbourhood.Kid-friendliness: They have chairs for toddlers, and they are very caring and attentive to kids.
