Pre-ordered the 4” butter tart cake for a birthday celebration. The cake itself was surprisingly dry - almost like it had been sitting for a few days. We had asked in advance if it would be freshly baked and they said yes but it definitely felt too dry to be enjoyable.
Special ordered a key lime pie for my partners birthday and Gerard St Bakery hit it out of the park! Really good graham cracker crust and perfectly tart. I also grabbed a sticky toffee pudding that was yummy as well!
Big thanks to the friendly folks at Gerrard Street Bakery for saving me from myself when I left it a bit late to get pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving.
