Ordered the oxtail and chicken soup! Both were absolutely fantastic ?? Really good meal for a cold winter. Didn’t get other items but they sure do look good!

Good food, but not really nice people.Just asked whether I could have a jerk chicken roti, but the owner gave a nasty NO even though the roti shows chicken under roti.Jerk chicken is also chicken the last time I checked!!!

What a great spot for Jamaican food. We walked in with no expectations and left with full bellies and hearts!Donovan’s a great guy. He’s all smiles and very welcoming. We chatted for a while and he shared so much of his family’s history and stories, it felt like we were having lunch at an uncle’s place. The space is very welcoming, and is constantly busy. I didn’t know anything about Jamaican black cake/ christmas cake or what sorrel was and he was so kind to share his knowledge and let me have a little taste. What a treat! They were both very delicious, the christmas cake was so moist and light, I definitely have to order it for my family next time.We had jerk chicken, rice and peas, steamed veggies and a spicy beef patty each. The price was very reasonable and the food was hearty and tasty. The patty pastry was also flaky and smelled inviting.What we thought would be a regular lunch turned out to be a wholesome experience. I highly recommend this neighborhood spot and definitely will come back for the food!
