How is this place still open ? Everything they serve is wrong , doesn’t follow menu and also poorly done . They make up whatever they want to give you . The staff are rude .

I ordered Cinnabon from this place on Skipp and I’m not exaggerating when I say this food fixed my mood, my skin problems, and possibly my college gpa. The cream cheese frosting was not drizzled it was flooding, the dough was made with love and the packaging was made for it to stay hot as hell. I almost stood up and clapped. 10/10. Thank you for making my night and my buddy’s.

There was almost nothing in the chicken carbonara sandwich. Your reign of terror as a Quiznos imposter must come to an end. I don't care what the reasons are, they do not serve what is advertised and the product has drastically declined. $20 bread with hints of sauce and meat.... When I picked up the sandwich I thought I had accidentally ordered a wrap. Honestly, you're lucky ur even still operating in Canada and this is how you choose to do your loyal customers...ain't no way you make sandwiches to seduce new customers. You're playing games and no one should waste their money. I ordered like a week ago and I'm still thinking about how bad that sandwich was via Ubereats. This whole operations should be ashamed if management is directing this poor value product. In switching to Jersey Mike's. You only got on my roster cuz subway is not even real food half the time.

This place is a disgusting excuse for a restaurant. I ordered cupcakes and EVERYTHING was wrong. Nothing as was advertised and everything tasted gross. They put Nutella on everything! THAT'S AN ALLERGIC REACTION WAITING TO HAPPEN!

If there were a 0-star option, I would give them 0. I ordered Quiznos through Uber Eats, but it was not actually Quiznos—it was a ghost kitchen, which is very misleading and damaging to the Quiznos brand.

I ordered the Cheddar Broccoli Soup, and to my surprise it arrived very cold, green, and extremely sour. I honestly thought it was guacamole instead of soup. When I called the store, the employee said she was new and alone but insisted that what I received was the soup.

This was a terrible experience. They are literally operating as a ghost kitchen and misrepresenting the brand.

Call to understand why the order was not completed correctly on their end (as Uber said they didn’t bag the order correctly but chose to leave the store anyway) and instead of helping, the person said they would contact the manager. Prior to finishing the call, they said they would call me back and when I asked would you like my number they laughed and said no and hung up. Enough said about both this place and Uber Eats.

We ordered Cinnabon roles on Uber, and yea it doesn't sate it's a ghost kitchen. The rolls were stale and dry and we were missing the extra icing. Thankfully Uber refunded us. Don't order from here!

Ordered “BOGO” Quiznos subs on Uber Eats, upgraded and paid surcharge for 9”, only received one instead of two and it was only 6” and disgusting. Called the ghost kitchen who gave a flyer and asked why there is broccoli on the sub instead of the expected lettuce and was told “green is green”’and hung up on. Threw the sub out and cancelled my uber account as they refused to refund as they claim I only paid for one despite the “buy one” offer, the free one that was missing means nothing they can refund.

I orders two funnel cakes, they obviously need to come with vanilla ice like it states in the uber app, there’s only the option to add more ice cream than what it already has. I called the place and the guy says that due to policy you need to add the ice cream. Bruh it states that it comes with vanilla ice cream, that’s literally what funnel cake is. Just admit you guys don’t care about the order that you guys are receiving and don’t make properly. I don’t care if I got my refund or not. Make you that what the costumer it’s ordering it’s what you are delivering. Ridiculous. Don’t lie to costumers.
