The pricing is inconsistent and the workers at the cash seem untrained. I come almost every day with the exact same mug. The same barista will charge me different prices each time, even though my mug is always the same size! Today the bill came to $3.33. I gave him $4.00. He took my money, put it in the till, and poured my coffee. Hello? Where is my change? And aren't tips, if the customer chooses to leave one, supposed to go in the tip jar? What the heck is going on here? I'm not coming back.

This place is really cozy and people are friendly. Ordered a london fog, tea, and a ham and cheese sandwhich to split. Everything was delicious - one of the better london fogs I've had. The sandwhich tasted very good and was perfect for splitting between two people.
