Went here for lunch because it caught my eye. I ordered the Beef Pho and Chicken Banh Mi. Beef Pho was very good I enjoyed it, it went well with the hot sauces. The Banh Mi was ok they don’t use Pate which use good cuz I can’t have it. Experienced great service from the lady at the front. Overall solid food. The improvements I suggest are that add a bit more beef to the pho and the pickle for the vegetables for the Banh Mi. Definitely coming back.

Everytime I have gotten food from this place (twice now) there have been MULTIPLE small white HAIRS in the meat!! I can't believe this is a recurrent issue and am baffled as to how this keeps happening. When eating my beef banh mi sandwich, I noticed multiple (over 5) small white pieces of hair that I then examined more closely and verified were, in fact, hair. Truly so disgusting. Check your meat at this restaurant!

I don't know what that was, but it sure wasn't pho. The worst bowl I've ever had in the GTA.
I'm a uber driver. I went to pick up an order and they said it’s gonna take 4-5 minutes. So, I asked one of their employees that if I can use the washroom in the mean time. She allowed me to use. When I came out from the washroom an old lady asked me whom did you ask to use the washroom? You are not allowed, only guests are allowed. I was like what the hell!! Your employee allowed me to use it and now you are yelling on me. She was angry on me and said from next time you are not allowed to use it. It's fine if you guys don’t allow delivery drivers to use your washroom. But your employees are confused and instead of telling it to your employees you are yelling on me. You have no rights to talk like a bullshit with me.

Sadly they disappoint me more and more, I always buy the same for years, pork sandwich, mango salad and Coconut Shrimp & Grilled Pork Chop Plate, but the last time I ordered the large mango salad is almost empty the container the meat was dry, very disappointed.

Got the curry chicken and grilled beef; everything was cold. Rice was soggy and wet. They did not put my food on their grill to even warm up. Gross. Won’t be going back.
