Amazing customer service! I had a question about a protein powder I ordered, and Frances got back to me the very same day. She even reached out to the supplier right away to get me the answers I needed. Frances was able to offer advice and provided a peace of mind. Service like this is rare, and it has definitely made me a returning customer. So glad I came across Ginkgo!
I usually order my supps online as most stores don't keep things I use and it's usually hard to impress me. But I am shocked by the variety of supplements this store has. I am very impressed.
Very friendly and excellent customer service. They have all the brands of health products which is hard to come by. The staff really take the time to provide a lot of info and knowledge if you come in asking for help with a certain ailment. Donna was wonderful and helpful and not pushy about selling products. Will definitely be back for my health products/supplements.
