Really busy take out restaurant that does not focus on the walk in customer. My pizza was undercooked , when I got home I had to cook it more. The pizza Is very tasty and priced well

I get making a mistake with toppings but mistaking tomato’s for hot pepper is too big of a mistake. Not only does my husband have an allergy but I am 8 months pregnant and don’t tolerate it the way I’d like to. When we called, the response was “nobody put anything spicy on your pizza” which is false. On top of it, we called to confirm the order and they had lied to us to say the driver wasn’t there to pick it up - I messaged the driver and he was in the store still waiting. Totally unfair to blame someone who was not at fault. All in all - such a low level experience. The photos are to try and show the yellow pepper (since they called us liars)

The ringing here is kind of like white noise, in a nice spa in a downtown city with a lot of crime. Cheese pie was good, I was told 30 minutes old, however that cheese was finely aged at least a few hours. I had fun with friends. Pizza was good. Thank you all.

Ordered Pizza, fries and wings online. It was worth it. Portion size was huge. Pizza was tastier than other fast food brands and wings were yummy and juicy. Fries were very crispy. Will definitely order again.

Ordered two pizza’s and wings. One of the pizzas has a sheet metal screw in it and it was burnt. The wings were spoiled and could smell the rot in them with all of them being pink on the inside. Terrible experience.

Was hungry after work and came to this restaurant to have a wings and asked for a mild flavour wings. The employee was even welcoming. It took 10 minutes to arrive but thats kinda acceptable, employee asked me whether I want it for takeout or for here, I said its for here, employee didn't even give me a napkin and but that's also fine cuz I had my own napkin, when I started eating the chicken kinda smelled as if it was rotten. I didn't even finish two and tried call the employee but he was nowhere to be seen and was busy with his business phone. Thats why Im giving 2/5
This review is for the delivery girl. She was really patient, soft-spoken, empathetic, yet professional about her job. She delivered our food on time, and it was hot as well. She helped us decide on pizzas for my group, and everybody loved them.
Took 20min to make small fries. No line up or other customers. It wasn’t worth it

Came here instead of Pizzaville for once and I don’t think I can ever look back. I was on the verge of my demise, when a bite of Gino’s pizza revived me. What a night! Made new friends, ate great pizza, and felt empowered to continue my night out. Only wish I got to meet Gino himself :(

Didn't end up buying anything. Came here with a friend and noticed that there were ants crawling all over one of the pizzas. We informed the employee who took the slice that had ants on it an threw it out and then proceeded to put the rest of the pizza back in the display case. Disgusting.
