Loved our food. Loved the service. I think his name was Michael? Forgive my memory. Everything was perfect.
Incredible food and impeccable service from start to finish. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and truly enjoyed our experience here. Would come back in a heartbeat. Outstanding dishes included the Burrata starter , black cod main , squash side and cacio et Pepe pasta. Thanks for a great evening !
We had a lovely experience overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the evening was excellent — you can tell they care about their guests and create a great atmosphere. From a gluten-free perspective, the options were very limited. The only gluten-free carb on the menu was the seafood risotto — no gluten-free bread, pasta, pizza, or even potatoes available. There were also no gluten-free dessert choices. However, I really appreciated that the team went out of their way to put together a small customized dessert using toppings they had on hand, so I could still enjoy something sweet at the end of the night. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference. If they expand their gluten-free menu in the future, this place could easily become a go-to spot. Friendly people and great service!
Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere, plus they poured us complimentary prosecco for our anniversary, will definitely be coming back!
Had the chef's counter experience and was blown away by the the skill and professionalism of the staff.
Food was really tasty. Service was a bit more relaxed than I'd prefer. Waited about an hour after the order for food, but was a relaxed night and not an issue. I found the tables much too close together for a private conversation, but all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The wine list seemed brief, probably due to the tariff wars, but the gelato desert was awesome.
Overall the food was great, service was slightly slow but it was quite busy. Did not impact the quality of the experience, server was very nice. Overall great spot
The restaurant's food is excellent. The time restraints on enjoying the experience take away from the pleasure of the experience. How many times do I need to be reminded that I am on the clock? I asked for extra time at the outset. We were 1/2 way through eating our pizza and other items and we were asked if we wanted our food boxed up to go. A bill of $350 for two and we were offered only 20 minutes for dessert. The interesting part is that we had three courses and our last course came out with barely 20 minutes for us to enjoy it. My honest feedback on this experience is that the stress on the timing of the meal outweighed any pleasure to be had from the food. We were advised a minimum of 5 times that the clock ran out at two hours. Yes they have a Michelin rating but for my money there are many other places to find great food and we're not asked to leave before we can order a coffee. There is this great little Portuguese wine bar next door to the restaurant. I would highly recommend customers check that out for both excellent service and great wine choices! It does not have a Michelin rating though it should for service and overall experience!
Had the best pizza at Giulietta - outstanding I would say. The salad was refreshing and the corn pasta was comforting. However the service was somewhat lacking. Our server was not attentive, didn't introduce herself, didn't ask whether it was our first time at Giulietta, didn't run through the menu with us, didn't give us any suggestions and didn't introduce any special dishes. Our server kept dropping cutleries on the floor, spilled water on our counter table, took away our food while we were still working on it. Come on! This isn't the kind of service we expect from a stylish restaurant run by Chef Rob Rossi and highly ranked in Canada's 100 Best Restaurants list. We expected more than this.
My wife and I went to Giulietta to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were offered the opportunity to sit at the chefs counter. We had an amazing time! The food was spectacular, the atmosphere was fantastic, the service was amazing and our interactions with the chefs was a blast. We enjoyed every minute of our dinner. I will be raving about Giulietta to all my friends and family.

The atmosphere when you walk in the door is hopping with people having a great time. The service was fantastic and made us feel welcomed and important. Food, out of this world! The salad was fresh and excellent. The main, was mouth watering fantastic and delicious. The best time to get in is later in the evening and it'll be well worth the wait! Believe me!!!!
Giulietta never fails me. Been coming here long before covid and it's always an amazing, consistent experience!!!
Loved the food, the service, and the cozy athmosphere. Beautifully plated and rich flavours.
I had higher expectations of the food. Pasta was cold when arrived, taste wasn't anything to write home about. The sides were sub par at best. Strange to be charged for tap water. The atmosphere was nice, staff were friendly. Would I spend $300 on just food again here. No lol
Everything was just perfect! The staff was super friendly and really attentive, and the food was insanely good. We honestly loved the whole experience. Can't wait to go back, and I'd highly recommend Giulietta to anyone!
