The Gladstone House is a beautifully preserved historic gem, famous for being the oldest continually operated hotel in the city. This art-inspired hotel boasts amazing and unique spaces, a top-notch restaurant and bar, and wonderful hospitality. Guests can enjoy the delicious room service. The hotel is also a perfect venue for a city wedding with cozy vibes, where the food is excellent.
Visitors have praised the building's rich character, including the unique old school hand operated elevator and the billiards room on the second floor. The central location in the West Queen area is great and an easy walk to a variety of bars and restaurants, though the lack of dedicated parking can sometimes be a small challenge. The hotel remains wonderfully queer-friendly and full of creative energy. Rooms are very small but nicely appointed, and some are quiet with good sleep quality.
