I came in today to follow up on an incident with an order of mine from Friday, and I was helped by Keanu. He was incredibly polite and professional, but also so jovial and a true pleasure to deal with. He really turned the situation around and made sure I left happy. Thank you for your amazing service, Keanu! What a great hire!!

Got 2 doughnuts yesterday and unfortunately they were completely stale and tough.
They must have been from the previous day.
Very disappointing and would have not expected that at all after past experiences.
Problem is that once a store starts doing that, I fear it goes downhill from there.

their donuts are to die for! I’ve tried the cinnabun and toast & butter. unfortunately this location is closing at the end of the month :(

EDIT: i tried their cinnamon buns that are only served on sundays. absolutely scrumptious!! I’d probably get them several times a week if they were sold everyday.

I don’t know their name but the employee that has served me every time is very very kind and a pleasure to speak with. I will be back plenty of times until it closes.
apparently there will be a community party for their closing on august 30!

PLEASE don't shutter or redo your business plan. You're already fabulous and have the best donuts in the country.... Perhaps, the would! Keep making amazing donuts! I will NEVER dare to ask how you get the hole in each donut, just like we will NEVER know the Cadbury secret.... 🤔 Maybe the hole and the cream are from the same happy employee??? Talk about perks and benefits!!! Seriously though I am going to get more and more as I can't stop these tasty donuts and freshness and presentation! Yum
... To the extreme

I don’t understand the hype, extremely doughy poor Taste

We bought a box of mini’s all flavours.

I through them out, not worth the calories. I’d rather get a donut from Tim’s

Do not get the mini’s.

We finally got to try Glory Hole Doughnuts, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The dough itself was incredibly smooth and soft—clearly made with care and quality ingredients. We especially enjoyed the berry and fruity flavors; they were vibrant, not overly sweet, and had a nice balance that really stood out.

However, at $3.95 per donut, we felt the pricing was on the higher side. While the quality is definitely there, it’s hard to fully justify the price, especially when compared to other artisan donut spots in the city. For that reason, I’d give this place 4 stars. The donuts are tasty and worth trying at least once, but it may not be an everyday treat unless you're okay with the premium pricing.

Would still recommend it for anyone curious or looking to treat themselves—especially if you enjoy unique or fruit-forward flavors!

You wil not belive me...if I told yu that this place was my #1 place to go to when it was open in Parkdale ...
I was OBSSESED with the donuts 🍩
I didn't care about gaining weigh , i went and promoted their donuts to the world literally!
Their donuts was large size... delicious, and there was times that their donuts was sometimes small.. almost looked like a mini...one time I complained about that and they was able to give me a free donuts because of that... but then they hated me / gave me looks ... because I complained about it ONE TIME.
That waz kinda off in my opinion .... not professional.... despite all that.. I kept supporting their business and buying their donuts 🍩.
Even when they moved location I keep ordering even tho prices have DOUBLED ( it was already pricey )
I was asking them why did they wanna likw charge so much on Uber now , and they sent me a msg giving me attitude about it and also they said that my page is bringing them bad messages and reputation because i am a adult entertainer....... can u belive ?!??? Guess what, THEY BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM 🤣
IM LIKE WOOOOOOOW.
I was probably #1 donut buyer/spender in such a short time.... and they slapped me in the face like this...

the locations have changed...
Donuts size have changed ...
Stuff demeanor had changed ..
Not in a good way.
Prices on Uber deliver has gotten almost triple... I mean....
Thats just horrible.

Had the opportunity to try a Glory Hole Doughnut. They have been around since 2012 in the East York community. They take pride in their pronounceable ingredients and that everything is hand made. I considered these doughnuts as gourmet doughnuts. The size is huge, and the quality and the price matched it.
I had the fudge dip mini. The other one I almost considered was the cinnamon sugar mini. When I’m trying something new, I usually go for the most basic flavour to be able to compare and give a honest review. In overall, the fudge dip mini wasn’t overly sweet. The doughnut is fluffy with a slight chew to it at the end.
My coworker, she loves it and finds it dangerously close to her home. Another one, she said it was good too. Me, I’m happy that someone brought it into the office to brighten everyone’s day. The doughnuts were all so pretty.

This is not a nuts free bakery.

What did you like about these doughnuts? Close to home. They are made freshed. They are a bit smaller than normal doughnuts I've had for $3.95. The doughnuts were fluffy and soft, and there were a lot of different flavors to choose from. The service was amazing, which made the experience a lot better.

By far my favourite spot for doughnuts! From their early days in Parkdale to their spots on Harbord/Gerrard (Harbord unfortunately now closed), and their recent pop up spot at the Eaton Centre, I have followed them along the way because they are just that good! Staff are always friendly, and I always look forward to seeing what new flavours are in store for the next season along with some of the traditional staples that I've come to know and love here (Toast and Butter forever!). Personally love the Strawberry Shortcake currently but there is truly something for everyone on their menu. Well worth the visit every time :)
