Ordered the Buche de Noël to serve at a Christmas Party. Very disappointed with this, the sponge cake was dry and unenjoyable. Not worth the price—supermarket version would have been better

Order croissant bread pudding. It is super heavy and denst doesn't have any texture of bread pudding at all. On top of it there's mild inside it. And to top it all the girl in cash was rude once she saw I didn't tip. First time and really disappointed

Absolutely amazing bakery! I stopped at Gouter on Bathurst this morning and picked up some pumpkin tarts, butter tarts, and English muffins. The service was fantastic, and the shop itself is beautiful — everything looked so good I wanted to buy it all!

When I got home and tried the pumpkin tart, it turned out to be the best I’ve ever had. The staff were super friendly, personable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their goodies. Highly recommend

If you're a fan of authentic French pastries, Goûter Pâtisserie is an absolute must-visit in Toronto. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked goods, all handcrafted daily.
Their croissants are a true highlight—flaky, buttery, and available in delightful variations like the Double Baked Chocolate Almond Croissant that is a decadent treat, with a crispy exterior and gooey almond custard center. Another standout is the Kouign Amann, a caramelized puff pastry that's both sweet and savory.
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making each visit a pleasant experience. Whether you're stopping by for a morning pastry or planning a special event, Goûter Pâtisserie consistently delivers excellence.

The service was very quick, and the attendant was very helpful. I got a Cinnamon Knot. It was divine! The atmosphere is very cute. I'm excited to try more things from here! The quality seems excellent

Also frozen croissants, pain au chocolat, etc to proof overnight and bake at home.

Used to be my goto place for French bakery. We ordered a cake every month, not any more. The quality of the cake went from excellent to so so (similar to supermarket).
