A chocolate cake made from chocolate brownie sponge, dark chocolate ganache, and chocolate mousse. Due to the current situation, to ensure all our cakes are as fresh as possible even in low-affluence days, they are kept in the freezer. Single servings will be ready after 1 hour at room temperature and larger cakes after 1-2 hours.

Absolutely amazing bakery! I stopped at Gouter on Bathurst this morning and picked up some pumpkin tarts, butter tarts, and English muffins. The service was fantastic, and the shop itself is beautiful — everything looked so good I wanted to buy it all!
