Everything about this cafe is just amazing. It has an artsy atmosphere. As a writer, I find it one of the best places to do creative work alone, but it also functions as a good social place as well. It's very family-oriented because of the area. The coffee is way better than average and wakes you right up. The best part is probably the friendly staff, who are just wonderful company and put a lot into the place to make is welcoming.

Overall, good food and coffee but they overcharge on bills under $4.01 as they aren't applying the point-of-sale rebate, charging customers 13% instead of 5%.

I was by here this morning and unfortunately had the experience of watching some rude customers order food that wasn't on the menu and write some nasty reviews, as well as proceeded to read them outloud. They complained that the food wasn't great but ordered things that weren't on the menu and the staff, mid-weekend rush and worn out, did their best to accommodate. This place isn't a Subway, if you want a custom sandwich go there. They have the options on the board and to use the same word they used to describe this place, their reviews were a joke! It isn't hard to be nice to a small business going out of their way to try and please you. If you want a lot of cream cheese, go to Tim Hortons. Just be kind!

They barely added any cream cheese and the turkey was just one thin slice. When I politely asked for onions, I got attitude in return. Even when I asked if they had Splenda, they looked confused. Overall, a very interesting experience I personally don’t think it’s that hard to make a bagel with care, especially when that’s the main thing you offer.

Love this spot! I wasn't sure if I would but I'm actually mildly obsessed now. Great espresso, great baked goods, excellent service, quiet seating and fun music. Best coffee shop in the neighborhood.
