This is my favourite Gong cha in the city. The drinks are great, prepared fast, and staff is super nice!!

Tried to order here before and a blonde girl with glasses was the only staff on site, but she paid no attention to me. Waited 10 minutes, asked her and she ignored me. Went again and got served by the young man, but I saw the SAME blonde asian girl laughing and swearing with 5 friends at a table, still wearing the GongCha apron. How is she still working at this location???

I love gong cha but today, the staff worker working seemed very unpleasant and not very accommodating. Not only were the drinks not up to par with how it should taste but also the guy working was very rude. An uber worker who appeared to be older and with a cough came by on a very cold day asking for the status of the order but the way the guy was responding to him was as if he was treating the uber worker like an idiot. He was very compliant with the guy working but it shouldn't be the way to talk to anyone. Please treat uber staff with respect and dignity. It doesn't matter if you're having a bad day or not, you're working in customer service so everyone deserves that same respect and dignity.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the employees there. Jimmy was the nicest guy ever, and made the drinks to perfection. Definitely the best Gong Cha in the city by far!!

I don't like the customer service in there. I saw him when he give hard the time for delivery persons and I didn't like the juice test also.
