I have been to many different locations but today was the absolute worst experience that I’ve ever had. So much so that I decided not to proceed with my order.
Upon walking into the establishment I greeted the young lady who looked so bothered to have to put her phone down. She did not respond and looked at me with a blank stare, when I inquired about the special she barked “what size” so rude and aggressively I was completely thrown off.
Let’s be honest bubble tea shops are a dime a dozen in the area save yourself the trouble and head to the next shop!!!

I’m really disappointed. I’m usually a loyal fan of Gong Cha, and on a day like today, I was really looking forward to a cold bubble tea. When I walked in, the staff member on shift had a visibly unpleasant expression, but I still tried to engage and asked about the special. Instead of offering any kind of greeting or assistance, she abruptly responded with “What size?” no smile, no welcome, just a rude tone.

It felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there. I decided to leave and told her that this kind of customer service turns people away. A simple smile or “How can I help you?” goes a long way. First impressions matter, especially when the cashier is the face of the store. I hope management can speak with her and offer some basic customer service training. Her reaction just staring back at me blankly, made it clear she didn’t care. That’s not the Gong Cha I’ve come to love.

The young guy working lied to us about the bathroom being open and said it was out of order, even if we purchased something. Upon asking the other lady she said we can go in. Like why lie lol? Very rude and bad service when we literally come here like every week…

Strawberry milk tea had an off taste and barely a centimeter of milk foam. Ridiculous for the $9 I paid.

Been to gong cha alot and this location specifically a few times and had no problems.

But today the quality of the drinks I got was really horrible. First I got the new strawberry mini boba drink. I drank it a few minutes after I purchased it. And nearly spit it out. It tasted like water and had no flavor to it whatsoever.

I was really looking forward to trying the drink. And surely I had done something wrong or it was just a bad drink. So I decided to order off Uber eats to get another. And low and behold it arrived and tasted EXACTLY the same. There is simply no way that the ice melted and made this extremely sweet drink taste like water. I have no idea what went wrong. But I can't even get a refund off of Uber. So im leaving a review instead. Order from another location or go to a different bubble tea shop.

Worst service. 2 guys. Second i open the door they get up, one guy puts a mask on. No acknowledgment from either of them whatsoever. Both doing everything but speaking to me. Other guy had AirPods in entire time. Finally guy with mask comes to register…. Doesn’t say anything. I say “hello, can i please get …..” he then says “we’re out of that” in the most monotone voice you could ever think of as if i was bothering him.

Shame. My bf and I Love coming here. Won’t be back.
