I wouldn’t recommend this Gong Cha location. The drinks are not prepared properly, and this experience has completely put me off ordering my favorite drink again. I ordered a Strawberry Crème Brûlée with pudding. First, they forgot to add the pudding. When I pointed it out, they gave me a drink that was basically just milk with pudding. It was the worst drink I’ve ever had there.

A bit pricey, the limited time drinks are fire
Biscoff milk tea is to die for

Wouldn’t recommend the taro milk tea at this specific location. They make it differently from other locations (I get it every time). It tasted heavily of artificial powder that was very watered down. The menu is also much smaller than other locations. Wouldn’t give this place a 1 star though because the other drink we got tasted fine.

My favorite bubble tea spot in the area, staff is always so welcoming and the drinks are tasteful as always :)

Gongcha used to be one of my favorite spots to get bubble tea, but unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. Since I really enjoy trying the Daily Special drinks, that’s what I ordered here. What immediately stood out was the complete difference compared to what they advertise on their official website and what’s served at their other locations.

The only positive was that the staff politely warned me about the difference in advance. I visited on a Wednesday, and while other locations were serving Winter Melon as the special, here it was just regular black milk tea. Honestly, it felt like a way to cut costs – and that definitely left a bad impression.

Will I return? Probably not – I’d rather go to Kung Fu next door.

Pros: polite staff who explained the difference in drinks
Cons: feels like they’re cutting corners on ingredients

Great bubble tea! My go-to spot!

Do NOT order the grass jelly with fresh milk here. It was mostly milk and 1/4 or less the appropriate portion of grass jelly. It looks nothing like the advertised picture. If I knew, I wouldn't have ordered it. If there wasn't enough grass jelly, it would have been best if they were honest about it. So not worth it.

This place is more than just a bubble tea store. This place has changed how I think about life. The workers have perfected their art, and created something so great it will be talked of in legends.

I have spent over 4 hours in this store in one day. It doesn’t just provide me with good drinks and tasty treats. But a place of beauty, a place to gather oneself and become a better person. No amount of praise can explain the experience of being in this Gong Cha. So please everyone reading this, visit this place at least once. It might just change your life :)

Wanted to treat myself to strawberry matcha with strawberry jelly. Was about to drink it once I got home which was a short walk and the container split in two and my entire drink was on the floor. Please invest in better quality cups.
And also would be nice if management didn’t understaff this store.

This store sucks. The people working there talk to you as if you are asking them a favour. I ordered a coconut drink that came with pineapple stuff that I didnt ask for. I had the same drink at a different location and it was just fine. Now I went there for the Felix stuff… they just dont even wanna bother to answer a simple question. Why is the lady working there talking to you as if she died already? Hire people with bills to pay and customer service skills.

So I don't write reviews often but I feel like I finally had to, despite what some people say I generally like Gongcha drinks and this location is in my area but I might actually stop going here, I dread going in to this one because there's one lady that really doesn't seem like she wants to be there, I understand not liking a job trust me but at least try to serve customers without making them feel like you're a nuisance to them, and I've read a few reviews so at least I know I'm not alone, the guys that work there are usually pretty chill and accommodating
I always look up the promos before I go in because there are other bubble tea options around but it's been more than occasion where I've come in for specific things as a rewards member and they've said they just don't do that? Or there's some kind of hassle to figure out what the deal is even if I show them the post, I believe if it appears on the Gongcha Canada app they should honour it, I usually end up ordering something just out of obligation from coming in to the store but I should just walk out
This last instance two ladies were there and when I asked if I could get two of the free upsize upgrade promo one of them sounded like she was going to say yes but the other one jumped in saying they don't even do it at all, like no explanation, I was in the right time frame, and now I can't get even get one? What's the point of being a member here if you're going to deny every promo exists? I was so flustered I forgot to give them my number for points(of course they didn't even ask if I was a part of their program, they never have) and then we get home to drink them and they both just taste like water
I suggest you go to another location at the very least if you can please

It was a dark and stormy night. Limping on one knee I found myself looking up at the illuminated Gong Cha sign. Opening the door, a beam of warm light hit my eyes so brightly, I felt like I was a lost traveler stumbling upon a cozy cabin in the woods. I then ordered a QQ peach green tea with 70% sugar and less ice as a sat down quietly on the bench waiting for my drink. This place was special, an array of hanging decor with the shine of welcoming lights brought peace to my soul. When the worker shouted out my order I felt like a lone wolf finally hearing signs of other life, something changed inside of me. With anticipation, I jabbed the straw into the thin plastic lining and took a sip. A river of fruit and tea entered my mouth, producing a harmonious medley of flavours I didn’t even know was possible. Suddenly, my drenched clothes turned warm, the acne on my face cleared, and my ex finally came back. This isn’t just a boba shop, it’s a temple of infinite blessings. If Gong Cha has a million fans I am one of them. If Gong Cha has a hundred fans I am one of them. If Gong Cha has one fan it is me. If Gong Cha has no fans then I am dead. 10/10 would always come here again. Together we are GONG CHA!

You could say I’m a regular 😂. It’s expensive but isn’t all bubble tea like that these days. Sometimes they mess up the orders but the kindest staff ever and will always gladly make you another. It is definitely my favourite bubble tea in the area.
