No one can make me not love Chatime, but Gong Cha is a very close second and also dear to my heart. Only Gong Cha rivals Chatime in taste, quality, and service.

Their menu is also fire! The mainstays are reliable but the seasonal and limited edition drops are to die for. Once we asked for the Double Peach Milk Tea. Turns out it was discontinued because it was only seasonal, but the barista made it for us anyway! 😍

I absolutely love visiting Gong Cha Danforth! I can’t count now how many times I have ordered from here. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. The tea is freshly brewed, and you can truly taste the quality in every sip. Their tapioca pearls are perfectly chewy, just the way they should be. What I appreciate most is their creativity—they consistently come out with new drinks for each season, so there's always something exciting to try. Highly recommend this spot to all bubble tea lovers!

By far the best location in the city for boba. Absolutely amazing service that goes above and beyond expectations. If you don’t know what to get ask for recommendations and trust me, they know what they’re talking about!

Visited the place for the first time and tried a smoothie. We didnt like the first sip of it and something felt off. We were hesitant to ask them for an exchange but since we paid for it and we couldnt take another sip of it, we wanted to be done something about it. As we approached the counter, barista (aiden) was really supportive about the situation and was happy to serve us with another drink in exchnage. They were really good to us. THANKYOU🥹

The waffles were very good and the staff service was great.

Rude customer service. Lady was pushy. Ordered an Oreo tea, she said she has several
Asked her what options do you have?
She said I don’t know, look at the menu.

I’m guessing she doesn’t have 100 options.

Been here several times and never had issues.

She seemed ready to take the order and said go ahead, then says wait I’m not ready.

Wants customers to order at her pace and customers waiting is okay, but she won’t be patient when she’s taking your order.

I visited this location around 10:30 PM today to order a smoothie. While the smoothie was making. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care. I urgently needed to use the washroom, but when I asked, the staff refused, citing that it was close to closing time (11 PM). What kind of policy is that? A denying a basic request like using the washroom when I was a paying customer felt unreasonable. Customer service should prioritize the well-being of their guests, and this experience left a sour note. I hope management reconsiders this policy in the future.

Usual good bubble tea spot. Was a bit of a long wait when I came, only two people working, but they were nice about it.

The young lady with glasses took my order looked so annoyed talking to people I was the one that greeted her asked her how she’s doing, whole time she had her head down, after I ordered she didn’t ask me if I need a receipt or anything she just left… don’t work if you don’t want to Tims has better customer service than this… absolutely ridiculous

The mango smoothie was really yummy, but the honeydew one was okay. We also added mango popping, which was a really fun topping.
