Rude customer service. Lady was pushy. Ordered an Oreo tea, she said she has several
Asked her what options do you have?
She said I don’t know, look at the menu.

I’m guessing she doesn’t have 100 options.

Been here several times and never had issues.

She seemed ready to take the order and said go ahead, then says wait I’m not ready.

Wants customers to order at her pace and customers waiting is okay, but she won’t be patient when she’s taking your order.

I visited this location around 10:30 PM today to order a smoothie. While the smoothie was making. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care. I urgently needed to use the washroom, but when I asked, the staff refused, citing that it was close to closing time (11 PM). What kind of policy is that? A denying a basic request like using the washroom when I was a paying customer felt unreasonable. Customer service should prioritize the well-being of their guests, and this experience left a sour note. I hope management reconsiders this policy in the future.

Usual good bubble tea spot. Was a bit of a long wait when I came, only two people working, but they were nice about it.

The young lady with glasses took my order looked so annoyed talking to people I was the one that greeted her asked her how she’s doing, whole time she had her head down, after I ordered she didn’t ask me if I need a receipt or anything she just left… don’t work if you don’t want to Tims has better customer service than this… absolutely ridiculous

The mango smoothie was really yummy, but the honeydew one was okay. We also added mango popping, which was a really fun topping.

I love their bubble waffels and mango passion fruit bubble tea! Very clean place, you can see everything in their bar closely while they're making your order.

This place is really good! They make such good boba. My favorite is the brown sugar oolong tea. Something I also like is that they have adjustable sugar levels and ice level. They also have smoothies which are delicious. It's always a pleasure getting drinks from here.

I have tried this place 5 times now. It's convenient as I live close by and generally their stuff tastes good. The major problem is that they are consistently incredibly slow. Half an hour to get a bubble tea or a bubble waffle, every single time. They're either understaffed or their staff is poorly trained. (The person who's preparing my smoothie right now is reading through instructions while I'm writing this). Staff is very friendly, but service is just unacceptably slow.

got the mango milk tea with mango katen jelly…was a little too sweet for me but i should have reduced the sugar level..my bad.. it was vry good

Paper cups are more environmentally friendly. However, they destroy the presentation aspect since we only see the top surface of the tea.Compared with other tea vendors, the topping portions are more generous.

Drinks are delicious and store front is very clean and nicely decorated. Service is a bit on the slow side, but I’m sure they get a ton of Uber eats orders to try to keep up with considering the neighbourhood they’re in.

I specifically love this Gongcha location. I have been ordering from this place so many times.They always got my custom order right and fast. Clean store, beautiful decoration and friendly staff.Bin - a staff member is a great barista. He recommends good drinks and makes great flavor. Highly recommend.
