Nice and standard Gong Cha but with very friendly servers and a nice pleasant seating area. Much nicer than the North York one because the air circulation here feels fresher. New location too. Not too busy but parking can be tricky when the streets are a bit busy.

Lovely drinks with plenty of options to choose from, ideal for a short afternoon break after work. The staff are very friendly and they sometimes make sample drinks that they offer for customers to try out. Definitely would visit again !

Came here on a weekday afternoon. There were barely any people inside, but everyone was waiting for a very long time. There was only one worker, and maybe they should have had more than just one. Some people got frustrated from waiting and left. I got a different drink than I ordered and only noticed too late, so I was not able to fix it. The drink I received was a matcha drink. It was not terrible but was not very good either. There were chunks of undissolved matcha at the bottom. I was pretty disappointed with the drink and service.

The drinks are good, but there's nothing as disappointing as trying to slurp a thick smoothie through a soggy paper straw. Ruins the whole experience lol

Theres this new worker that gives me such a hard time customizing my orders, especially when it comes to me replacing the regular milk to a non-dairy milk or she always says they dont have oat/soy milk, when I go to other locations, they dont give me a hard time at all. I dont think i will come back to this location and its unfortunate since its in the area and I only go to Gong Cha because they have dairy-free options and can usually customize my orders.
I ended up going to the st.clair location instead and they kindly informed me that the chocolate powder does contain milk and the lady at this location said there isnt..

This place has a lovely design with bright lighting and open windows. The staff are friendly and approachable, and their services are tremendous. I ordered lychee passionfruit green tea with lychee kanten jelly, and it was delicious!

Order Strawberry Matcha, what i've got was Strawberry Chocolate drinks. The man who took the order wasn't apologize and saying i'm sure i heard strawberry chocolate. Then why am i asking i didn't order two chocolate drinks? his attitude was "NO I AM RIGHT". When they made the new drinks IT TASTE DISGUSTING. NO TASTE OF STRAWBERRY AT ALL. THE DRINK WAS WARM. NOT COLD AT ALL. BE WARE THIS LOCATION. Also, stop using your own language especailly customer is infront of you :(
Went for a drink this evening and ordered a brown sugar bubble tea but they gave me a regular milk tea and when I asked they seemed pissed and argued about it

Don't go to this location. I ordered a drink with less sugar no ice. They didn't listen to any of my instructions.. I got fixed sugar which was disgustingly sweet and a cup full of ice. After realizing they messed up my order I called to tell them my situation and the guy disregarded everything I said. He told me how everything was fixed even though the cashier did not once mention anything about it. He tried offering me 20% off when i paid about 20$ telling me how its a good compensation since the drink is only $8.. for two drinks that I couldn't drink because I am pre diabetic.
The worst customer service. It's unfortunate because I love gong cha. But I will never go back to this location.
