Truly love the Good Bite! Ate here as a kid and now bring my kids here on a routine basis. Great diner feel, and as many know, if you been here more than once Jimmy & Maria will greet you -- probably by name! Wonderful service, portions are generous and your coffee is filled up often!
One of the nice, small family run old-school diners with simple interiors but the food speaks for itself. The hollandaise sauce is one of the best I've ever had! Our Go-To diner on weekends :)
Almost 25 years ago I used to frequent this restaurant as it was few steps from my place on Erskine Ave. I have fond memories of walking in on cold Toronto days and enjoying hot soup and chicken souvlaki with home fries. The elderly couple behind the counter would diligently prepare dishes and bring to the table.
