A boutique restaurant that we found by chance while searching for something healthy to eat to spend our sunny day with a picnic today..The moment we entered, we were greeted with a smile that warmed our hearts and made us feel like we were in the right place.. There are delicious plate options, vegan and gluten-free.. and please, please do not forget to get the cookies and the crispy dessert with maple syrup.. Thank you very much. New visitor to the area, I entered Good Grains and was immediately greeted by Karen who is so lovely and passionate about her business. The Thai curry was delicious and I wish I could have tried more of her goods. The grab and go freezer was stocked with delicious soups to fit any appetite. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Popped in today for lunch, and upon entering was greeted by Karen whom suggested to try a delicious lentil/tomato soup, perfect flavour and the taste was unbelievable. Definitely worth the drive from wherever you are. All of her dishes have been bang on. Real home made dishes. Frozen packs are great for a quick thaw and heat and eat. Great food! I ordered the Trio 2Go and enjoyed everything the kind lady prepared very quickly. You should give it a try if you appreciate healthy and tasty food!

Finally a local vegan spot? and it does not disappoint! The food is cooked from scratch and absolutely delicious!! I had the trio combo of Thai curry, slaw and "cheesecake" and it was amazing. The owner is super sweet and takes her time explaining everything and is super nice! Can't wait to go back to try everything else:)
