Ordered steak and the waitress upsold us on the brisket after telling us it’s the best thing on the menu. Ended up bringing us steak instead of brisket. Wasn’t offered a discount. Won’t return.

Absolutely great brewhouse and restaurant! I've tried 2 different IPA's and both were great beers. The Juice Island IPA being my preferred choice. Dinner was delicious with a starter of the Caprese Salad and the Brisket Poutine topped with crispy fried onions and pickled red onions. My partner ordered the equally great and somewhat unique Tuna Power Bowl. The Ahi tuna was cooked to perfection, the flavours and ingredient mix was not your typical bowl mix. Great staff, fast service and a nice patio for an enjoyable early evening dinner in Toronto.

Attention !!! I didn't stay because the menu on the website is cheaper than the one in the restaurant! I don't like being fooled.
The beers may be good but the commercial practice is questionable.

This is a great pub. Very tasty craft beer, especially liked their signature strong beer and beer with the smell of smoke. For food, I definitely recommend the burger, it’s excellent here. The service is also great. I would especially like to mention the bartender, he is a master of his craft. You can also buy povo in an original bottle for a gift ?

We waited 20 minutes for a server to give us menus (we seated inside). Even though the person in the computer was “working” next to us all the time we were waiting. We realized she spoke spanish so we asked for the bill in that language. It was weird to notice that when a white party entered she stood up and gave them the menus when she ignored us for 20 minutes. The server told us “in the least offensive way” she thought we worked there and that’s why she kept forgetting about us. So I wonder if that’s the way the employees are treated.
Know that I never send bad reviews but this was a lot. Hopefully this is not racism.

This is one of my fave patios in Toronto, I love bringing new people here. Goose Island Pub is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable night. Jordan, our amazing server, made sure we had the best experience possible—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. The beers were out of this world, with a variety that pleased everyone in our group, and the food was simply delicious. Everything from the burgers to the appetizers was cooked to perfection. Our whole party left raving about how fantastic everything was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch pub experience! They have a Banksy!

The service was excellent. Very polite and friendly staff. I had the chicken schnitzel and it was a bit tough and dry and my friend had the brisket sandwich and it was tasty but the meat was a bit too fatty for her. With so many other options in the area, I'm not sure if I'll come back.
