Better options in the area for the price. Did not feel fresh at all.

The chicken ramyun was fantastic...not too salty and just the right amount of heat...they handled my pal's dietary restrictions very easily
Dietary restrictions: My pal has a lot of dietary restrictions, and they were quite able to help us find things she could eat, and make slight substitutions.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have a walker, and there was only a small bump to get inside. Not a power door. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible too, but again, no power door.

Rolls are very big and filled with big pieces of fish and other ingredients. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sushi spot in the downtown core.

I walked by and decided to try it. The sushi was way too overpriced for the portion. The rice and sashimi were tiny. The sashimi also tasted not fresh. Do not recommend.

This is my first time seeing sushi rice with black rice.
I think there should be pictures or instructions for brown rice noodles.
The roll I ordered separately was the size of a small kimbap.
This is a restaurant I never want to go to again.

I tried Gorudoya Sushi for lunch. The lunch special I chose was a combination of salmon and avocado rolls with sushi. The fish was fresh with good flavor; I especially liked the tuna. They mix black rice with their sushi rice, which didn’t affect the taste and, I assume, is for aesthetic purposes. I found the rice lacked flavor and felt it was missing some of the acidity you typically taste. The miso soup was not good—the broth was very dark and had an unpleasant flavor that is hard to explain. Overall, the meal was decent.

The best sushi I have ever digested into my digestive system. Everyone there is sooooo nice and kind with the service. I would highly recommend to come and eat here if you’re looking for delicious sushi made by the most kind and authentic people ever. Don’t miss this gem of a restaurant when you are looking for food to eat.
