Had the mint fruit tea - best way to throw away $8. Tastes like sticky mint lifesavers mixed with ice. One sip and straight into the garbage.
Some of the best Boba Ive ever had 10/10 service was quick but interior could use some work but still good for kensington market!

I ordered the fresh milk brown sugar bubble tea, and found it to be short of great, but still good. Unfortunately, many of the most enticing flavours were not available, so I wasn't able to get my first choice. Also, there was an unusually long wait (maybe 15 minutes?) for me to be served, despite the fact that there was no one else waiting on orders when I arrived. It's far from the worst bubble tea shop I've tried, but I don't think I'd come back.

RUDEST GIRLS MAKING DRINKS: I was at this location last night (before midnight) when a customer was finishing her order ahead of me. She was asking valid questions (which I appreciated as I was about to order next) about the different options while looking at the menu which was clearly an inconvenience to the two female baristas who were looking at her and back at each other, continuously rolling their eyes every time the customer spoke to them. The entire time, it was extremely obvious that they were talking badly about her in a language we didn’t understand plus the constant eye rolls every time they looked at her just gave it away. Within 3 minutes of stepping foot in this establishment, I immediately took my business elsewhere after witnessing this. Body language and energy never lie, I actually felt so bad for the customer because it was so blatantly disrespectful and just unnecessarily mean. DO BETTER

Cute bubble tea shop with great teas to choose from! I got one of my usual favourites (taro milk tea with coconut jelly) and it was both bursting with flavour and the perfect amount of sweet. Gotcha Tea is definitely a favourite chain of mine that I’ll be on the lookout for in the future.

Love all the variety of teas and the maple boba is great.Go-to is probably the barley green milk tea, 30% sugar with maple boba (it comes with the brown sugar boba but you can have it swapped or do a mix of both if you’re feeling adventurous).
So very delicious. I ordered a strawberry slush with strawberry popping boba standard sugar and it was amazing. The first time I went I was unsure on what to order but the young woman behind the counter walked me through the menu. It was so delicious that I decided to go back twice the next day. Thank you for making my day better Gotcha Bubble Tea. You have gained a new loyal customer
A must try bubble tea place that has fruit based tapioca or bubbles that don’t stick to your tooth and a great combo to fizz with bubble tea flavoured naturally and amazing colorI had been there with a friend to just taste it and ended up buying 2-3 of it ..I tried the peach soda tea and the blueberry lime soda tea which both tasted amazing.Definitely recommend you to not to add extra sugar as it is naturally sweet cuz of the sweetener they add in the beginning.Interiors are cute and nice to hang out with 4-5 of friends.Overall amazing place/ 4-5 must try their soda tea

One of my new favourite bubble tea spots! I’ve been here many times and have ordered a variety of drinks each time, and have loved them all.A few recommendations: black sesame, mothers favourite, and bamboo charcoal!
Pretty pricey for a basic bubble tea but it actually tastes good. Like the tea flavor which is trong and rich! Hope they could have more locations especially for the East side
Just before ordering from here I thought the name was kinda funny. As if you’d order something and it would be terrible or wrong and then they’d be like “gotcha”! Well, that’s exactly what happened to me tonight after ordering the Paris 1883 milk tea. I don’t know if they ran out of stuff and were too scared to tell me but the drink is probably the most depressing thing I’ve had in a while. I have a stressful work week ahead and wanted to relax with some bubble tea. Now I’m $20 poorer and have a pending stomach ache. If you’ll excuse me, my drink and I have a date with my trash can
Order the coconut milk tea with tapioca, coconut jelly, 0% sugar and light ice. It really didn’t taste good. I don’t think the drink mixture was blended well, as it tasted very powdery.
Love the new taro bubble tea flavour. High quality, creamy taro. Also had the Paris 1883 taro - it is not for me, it had too many flavours/textures to it (bubble tea, jelly, oreo cookies).
