Alex was extremely kind and helped meet me meet my dietary needs with recommendations.
I love going to this little location on my commute. Alex is always so kind and gives great tips! They are always happy to ensure that my smoothie tastes amazing.
Great spot
The quality of product is undeniable and first rate but young hipster looking staff’s attitude is not so.😂😂
Love this place- love the service. However, I see others have complained about the same issue. If you say you close at 3:30, close at 3:30. I’ve come at 3:15 and 3:20 a few times to try and quickly grab a bottled beverage and it’s always been closed early. I would just advise changing the closing time to one that actually reflects when you close.
left the store empty handed for the third time in the last week. always always closed welllll before it’s supposed to.
I was given a bottle of Ginger Defense on a Porter return flight 10 days ago. Wow, the stuff wad amazing. I was delighted itnis To based and even more delighted to find a small Greenhouse shop in my neighbourhood. Stopped in today at 3:10 PM only to find a sign on the door saying stepped out...will return at 330.
Funny thing though, I came by at 3:10 since it closes at 330! Other people joined me in the wait until 3:31 at which time I knocked on the glass door.
A young woman came to the door and without opening it pointed to the closed at 330 sign. I callednout but I've been waiting since 3:10 so the least you can do is let us in to buy some product. She did but with a lot of attitude and even hostility when I had questions. I left with product but very annoyed by the service. After building the brand awareness in a Porter Airlines marketing play I would have expected more attention to quality service at your kiosks. Good luck...great product.

It’s a really cute greenhouse location and they are so nice. They make great smoothies! I got the undercover greens and it was delicious.
Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: A lot of their food is gluten-free, dairy free, and vegan.

I am really disappointed in the taste, quality, and delivery of the 3 day cleanse.I tried this company after the local Goodvibes juice company in Kitchener closed.I participate in an annual 3 day cleanse, and this year, I have to say that the flavors were challenging to choke down.I ordered 3 x 3-day juice cleanses, and the delivery went to the wrong place even though special instructions were provided. 10 boxes moved later, and I was offered an apology. I admit I had higher expectations after the $450+ was spent. The juices were very bitter, sour, lacking diversity, and in general had a lack of balance in the tastes. Some when opened tasted off.Previous cleanses I did were always a very fast consumption date from production, for example, consumed within 2 weeks. These juices had best before dates longer than a month. The juices also did not share the dates they were produced. Leaving me to trust my taste buds in believing they were not 1 or 2 days past being produced. If you cleanse, I recommend skipping this portion and going for The Lemonade Detox or another company that is transparent with their production and better flavours. And I love green juices!

This is a review for their organic unsweetened almond milk. Opened a brand new, sealed bottle and found mold on the inside of the cap as well as the spout. Disgusting! This calls for better quality control in sealing their products.
Not being open during posted hours isn't a good way to encourage repeat customers.
This used to be my favourite store. I would always by the juice shots. Now I find them diluted. After buying them for awhile I am surprised that they are diluting their product, not too surprised because of the way the economy is going. I guess they thought this was a good way to save money. But it is very disappointing for customers. I'd rather pay more than have the product diluted. It just means you'd have to consume more of the product to get the same effect. I expect them to respond by saying they don't do this, but I know what I know.
Highly disappointed by this specific location after having called an hour prior to my visit, after my friend and I walked 45 minutes with 20 empty bottles on our backs to return to this location and found it closed. No signs. A good hour and 20 minutes before the official closing time, as confirmed on their website AND OVER THE PHONE by the person I spoke to an hour prior. Ridiculous. As I left, a couple more customers with bottles to return showed up only to find closed doors. This isn't how you treat returning customers.
