Went inside to use the washroom to tonight (I had a bad stomach) and the bartender or owner with a beard was ever so kind (I wanted to order an appetizer to go and he said if I have to go it's okay).
I would definitely be back for an appetizer now!

Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the art and science of cocktails. He made the class both educational and entertaining and we learned so much, all while enjoying some delicious cocktails. A big shoutout as well to Anthony, who was equally engaging and super helpful with our cocktail creations.

Excellent spot especially for a first date. It’s a beautiful space, has that Bloor west hip vibe without being pretentious. The bartenders KNOW what they’re doing. I sometimes order a cocktail I’ve read about online and they just make it and make it well. Their original cocktails are always great too incorporating unique and original flavour combinations. We love Grey Tiger! We’ve taken the Amari and Bitters class and loved how you get the opportunity to taste a variety of amari, and then learn how to use them in a cocktail - going beyond being given a recipe to learning how to taste and trust your instincts. The seasonal menus are inventive, well thought out, and experimental in a way we really appreciate. And the staff were especially helpful when we asked for advice with our own amateur home bartending questions. Truly our favourite “hidden gem” cocktail bar!
